  • Further - even easier:
  • 1.turn on the oven at 200 degrees
  • 2.transfer the chicken to a baking dish
  • 3. there: chopped garlic, bay leaf (the author had 5-8 pieces, 3 pieces were enough for me), coarsely chop olives, gherkins, look at your taste and their size and pungency in quantity, they will give the sauce a taste. about! and capers! if you have them, then by all means - capers! I didn't have it, and somehow I got along calmly, without feeling a sense of inferiority)
  • 4. Sprinkle with paprika and / or chili on top for beauty) (I did not sprinkle).
  • 5. pour in 1 cup of chicken broth.
  • I’ll explain here: according to the author’s plan, half of a piece of chicken should be baked in broth, and the other — in hot air, so that the piece is juicy and crispy at the same time. Look in your oven whether or not to pour the whole glass of broth, mine was enough and 1/3 cup, it does not dry especially, and someone's glass, judging by the reviews, had time to boil.
  • 6. Put in the oven for 40-50 minutes. it took me an hour. and my presence this hour was not required, which is nice)
