Chinese steamed dumplings

Ingredients

Dough
wheat flour / grade 240 gram
starch (I have potato) 85 grams
rice flour 2 tbsp. spoons
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon
salt 1/2 tsp
water 130-175 milliliters
Filling
chicken's meat 250-300 grams
turnip onion 1 piece
garlic 2-3 teeth
teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp. spoons
ginger small piece
salt 1/2 teaspoon (to taste)
ground black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Dough
  • Chinese steamed dumplingsMix wheat and rice flour , starch. Sift, add salt.
  • Chinese steamed dumplingsAdd oil to water and boil. It is better to take initially the minimum amount of water and prepare another part. Water can go, either more or less. The flour is different for everyone. It absorbs water in different ways.
