krupka, Olga! This is a new HP, there is no information on the oldest and most respected forum, so there is nowhere. You can become a pioneer, of course, take recipes from the forum, any, select only according to the maximum weight for a given HP. Good luck with your experiments!
PS: Panasonic has the largest community

Nice stove. But keep in mind that it is at a maximum of 750 grams. Small and kind of beautiful
The screen is small with no backlight. Crust selection - 3 (baked goods at different temperatures). Choice of bread mass - 2 (500 gr., 750 gr.)
There is a nut / raisin dispenser.
In principle, he knows how to do everything: just knead the dough, only bake, all together with automatic programs.
There is a custom mode - the duration of all stages is adjusted. If I am not mistaken, the whole program consists of approximately the following stages (in brackets - minutes by default):
1st batch (10 min)
pause (5 min)
2nd batch (10 min)
pause (20 min)
3rd batch (10 min)
Proofing 1 (30 min)
Proofing 2 (45 min)
Proofing 3 (0 min)
Baking (50 min)
Heat after baking (1 hour)
Total: 3 hours + 1 hour (warm)

I originally wanted to take Panasonic or Redmond. For Redmond - user mode, for Panasonic - a proven design and full of reviews on the forum. Stopped at Panasonic'e.
When buying, I also talked to the seller. Regarding Panasonic, he said that the stove was definitely good, BUT Previously, they were better, now part of the mechanism is made plastic, which reduces the life of the stove. Suggested by Berrardi. Arguments: Berrardi's mechanical unit is metal, so it will last a long time + these are manufacturers of professional equipment. Something like this. And it's also smaller in size, and I have a kitchen of 3 meters

Works with us every other day, because.the loaf turns out to be small - enough for 2 days maximum (3 people). In the beginning, I worked almost around the clock. Either bread, then a cake, then the bread ran out ...

And the dispenser also opens very loudly - there is some kind of hammer knocking 3 times.

I gave a video of the practical use of the x / stove, see with my own eyes the device in operation and a link to the instruction - isn't that enough?
People chase in the internet for instructions to the x / stove. Already on it you can understand everything what the device is worth, its work
In general, on the forum it is customary to say thank you for the information for you - and not to reprimand those who responded and tried to help

this is a misconception, the Panasonic design has not changed since 1987.

About the design - the words of the seller. Or rather, not the structure itself, but the material from which some elements are made (perhaps gears - I forgot). So I wrote this on purpose - I can't check and refute it - I don't know.
As for the company ... There is a site on the standard COM domain. But it does not change much meaning - it (this HP) is all new, launched in spring and summer - no one hid it.
As for professional equipment, I don’t know, I didn’t look for it, I didn’t check it and it’s not interesting. When choosing, it was only a small "+", because in life there are many cases when even eminent brands enter an adjacent market segment with a failed product. As for this HP, I don't know yet.
At the moment, HP is working fine. I can’t compare with Panasonic.
For me, so far there is only one minus (although I will add another half): the dispenser opens very loudly (this is the main minus) and the screen without backlight (it stands next to the lamp, so I don't care).
For some, the minus will be the size, but for me it was a plus due to the lack of sufficient space for equipment.

in general, you puzzled me by the fact that the date of the creation of the Italian site is 3 months later than the creation of the Russian one ... then I noticed that the "Italian" site is only in English ... and this is an obvious mistake by the creators. Italians mostly have websites only in Italian, well, they can be in it + English, but that only in English - this cannot be ... at least I have not seen this in my practice. As a result, I opened a postal address in google maps with a photo, and at this place, along the way, a construction site on the embankment, and the billboard says that since 2009 ... here's an Italian brand for you !!!

Where did you get my quote of this content and at this time? It is not customary to combine posts in our country.

The twin brother of this HP is Rolsen RBM 1333 and Leran BM 2051P, but they only ask for a lot of money for it, for this price you can take a Panasonic SD-ZB2502

but Panasonic does not have a user mode, and I need to bake bread on sourdough bread ...
there baking takes almost the whole day, we already have an old Panasonic, but since there are no manual settings, you have to adjust your entire weekend schedule to this HP ((that's why I sometimes throw baked goods ...
sazalexter
krupka, Olga, what kind of manual mode are we talking about?
Quote from Berrardi's instruction
time 3:00
[1] Press the Home-made button. In this mode, the user
can independently adjust the time of each operation,
i.e. kneading, fermentation, baking.
Even at Zojirushi it is very difficult to bake with sourdough ... it can be proofed for 24 hours https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=159825.0 well, maybe in Bork X800 https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=141429.0
and even Brand 3801 https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=152895.0
everything else is a big question. The baking process with wild yeast is very unstable, it requires control and automation does not lend itself well. As an option, bake on dough, which many do on any HP
skyroller
krupka,
decide on the size. Perhaps this stove will not be enough for you.

Dimensions Panasonic (from the site): 38 * 26 * 39 cm
Berardi (including dispenser): 30 * 23 * 28

The user mode is described in its first message. By default, all stages are 3 hours. It is inconvenient to configure them, since the screen is small.

I will add one more minus thanks sazalexter - it is not yet very clear what about the components. There are no buckets for sale. You need to find out by the manufacturer's phone numbers (apparently in Moscow) if you can buy it separately.

As for the buckets, by the way ... Since there are twin brothers in the form of Rolsen RBM 1333 and Leran BM 2051P, then you can take buckets from them!
Pyu
Can you please tell me what are the dimensions of Berardi in height with the lid up?
sazalexter
Rolsen RBM 1333 and Leran BM 2051P are out of production, buckets and shovels were not found on them before.

sazalexter, Are you looking at Berrardi's instructions or SD-ZB2502? in Panasonic there are no changeable modes ... I already called them and the technical support, if I had, I would have bought it without hesitation.

In Berrardi, I was already disappointed after an investigation about a pseudo-Italian brand ...
Zojirushi - the size of the bread is too large, Brand was removed from the production, Bork doesn't have a soul

So I think, can a collective letter to Panasonic write to add a manually changeable mode to the next model? ))

Added on Tuesday 22 Nov 2016 06:23 PM

In Panasonic I have excellent rye with sourdough, but I have to wait for the sourdough first. hours, and then after kneading for four hours so that the dough rises, then turn on the baking mode ... then you still need to get it on time ... inconveniently shorter

I haven't tried it with dough, I need to read it ...

Panasonic has developed and manufactured the automatic bakery since 1987, the latest models have a long-term low yeast setting. I ask to the profile thread https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=197192.0

"And the dispenser also opens very loudly - there is some kind of hammer knocking 3 times."

We bought this HP-Berrardi, we didn't use a bread maker before. And VERY CONFUSED at the last kneading (the last switching on of the "mixer") some terrible knocks from one to three. Until you run up to her, she quietly continues to knead the bread, as if nothing had happened! My husband did not like these sounds very much, he tells me about some gears, he frightened me completely! I called to find out where they had service points, they promised to call back tomorrow.
But for some reason it seems to me that the sounds, though creepy, are not dangerous. Is this the sound of the dispenser opening?
Deemaz
Yes, for sure there is a dispenser.
Gentlemen, the above described a conversation with the manager in the store. So the other day I wanted to order a Stadler baker, the manager called me and dissuaded me, and Panasonic also did not advise, referring to my 4 years of experience in selling "bread makers", and his arguments were one to one, as described here - When buying, I also talked to the seller. Regarding Panasonic, he said that the stove is definitely good, BUT We used to be better, now part of the mechanism is made plastic, which shortens the life of the stove.Suggested by Berrardi. Arguments: Berrardi's mechanical unit is metal, so it will last a long time + these are manufacturers of professional equipment.
tatiana 1968
Hello! The owners of this bread machine, tell me how does it bake a crust? I put on a dark crust, but it is completely pale and I have to put on an additional program "Baking".
lyalya74
I also managed to buy it. The same thing, you have to bother ...
Tatu
I've also gotten myself into this rubbish. I am terribly saddened by the purchase and will only advise the enemy. I was also told about bad Panasonic (word for word, like others). There were few reviews about her at that time and only 1 negative. I have it for 2.5 months. At first I tried to bake according to recipes from the instructions. Sugar is suggested to put 3 large spoons - it turns out a very sweet bread. Sugar is nonsense, you can put less. (However, the question arises, what else is written there wrong?) But in automatic modes, bread is simply not baked. It is heavy, raw inside. The crust is always light, no matter which one you choose. I tried all the programs several times, the result is the same. The recipe also turned out to be heavy and not baked. It does not bake ready-made mixtures from the store either. I took the stove to "feel the aroma of bread in the morning" and what else do they write beautifully ?? In the evening I laid it, I received it in the morning. I wanted it simply and without fancy. In real life, I ended up spitting on automatic programs, baking sourdough bread. First, the "dough" mode, then it is brewed and I turn on the "baking" mode. Here is a semi-automatic stove for a lot of money. Manual mode (which was the last hope) for sourdough bread is not suitable due to the short time (3 hours). I will empirically select the modes of preparation of baked yeast bread using this program so that there is at least some kind of "automatic". I don't even remember the "morning aroma". I dream of "I laid it, I got bread that you can eat. The color of the crust is not important either ..."

Try experimenting with flour - water and yeast. So the result will be faster. Usually it is advised to buy scales and measure them by scales. You can compare your instructions and instructions for Panasonic, do according to someone else's instructions, taking into account the final weight, measure what you need ...

In general, all bread makers in the Russian Federation go to razvodilovo. I ordered Panas for 8100, and they tried to sniff Berrardi for 12000, after they failed, they called and said that this Panas was not in the warehouse. And the site is!
tatiana 1968
I have the same story: I wanted Panasonic, but they imposed this oven, and out of inexperience I agreed. Now I'm learning to bake on it. The bread came out the first time. But before that, I first read recipes, reviews on this site, in general, everything related to baking bread. I didn't even think of using the recipes that came with the bread maker. I took everything from this site and adjusted it to Burrardi. The bread was always good. If I can try to post a photo of my bread.
lyalya74
tatiana 1968, and you write a recipe, please! Let's help each other somehow adapt to this bread maker! Today I also got very tasty white bread, for the first time ... though I still have to bake it.
tatiana 1968
Here's a loaf of bread. And the recipe is simple: 250ml of water; 1 st. spoon - sugar; 1.5 teaspoons of salt; 1.5 tbsp. grows spoons. oils; 400 gr. Flour; 1h a spoonful of yeast. Bake on the first program, dark crust, weight -750 g and + additionally program 14 (Baking). Also in this recipe I sometimes add 1.5 tbsp. tablespoons of milk powder. Somehow, instead of water, I took potato broth, the bread turned out good. I tried to bake on other programs, everything worked out, but I haven't really figured it out yet, since I have only baked for three weeks and I am new to using a bread maker. Let's figure it out together in this bread maker since we bought it. Now I will take pictures of everything: what kind of bread I baked and what happened.

Bread maker Berrardi BE-5. is such a bread.
I'm trying to insert a photo.
lyalya74
And today I baked according to the recipe taken here, called "Very soft white bread". Well, I counted it for 170g of water, since in the book that comes with the khpichka all the recipes are for almost 170g of water. And if I take 240 - then the top is definitely not fried, and it became a pity to translate the products, I already spoiled 3 loaves, but, again, I think that then the yeast was not very caught. And I also noticed that bread is almost never fried without sugar, and I still dreamed of bread like from our bakery, they bake white without sugar. Here is today's recipe (I weigh everything, even water, because the measured glass is too uncomfortable, the numbers are not visible):
Water - 170, flour - 250, salt - 1.3 small. spoons, sugar - 2 small. spoons, drain oil. - 20g., Yeast - 1.5 small. the spoon. Mode 1 + baking.

Added Saturday 21 Jan 2017 10:23 PM

tatiana 1968, Thank you! I'll try your recipe tomorrow. But the upper crust is also pale, right? How much output did you get? How much does a loaf weigh? It seems to me that a 750 gram loaf will never fit into our bucket.
tatiana 1968
I didn't weigh the bread, but I think about 600 grams, but I'll be sure to weigh the oven tomorrow. ... I was here the other day baked bread according to the Omela recipe "Very tasty white bread" for the Work bread maker, I reduced the portion by half and set the program to 500 grams, so it rose so well for me and the bun turned out beautiful and did not add additional "pastries" and the bread itself is delicious ... So give it a try and the yeast must have a good shelf life.

Spam detected! I was looking for a decent bread maker for my mother for a long time and chose Berrardi BE-5. Although this is not the cheapest option, the quality is just great. After all, this is a European brand that produces only professional stoves. A wide range of programs, a simple and affordable (which is important, as for a mother) menu, economical energy consumption - an ideal option for a housewife. Do I need to say that mom is just happy? I think on her behalf I will also share the recipe later.

Spam detected! I tried to bake bread in berrardi, immediately took into account the adjustments in the recipe (thanks to the members of the forum) it turned out fine. There were no problems even with the crust. The desire has ripened for a long time to try my hand at baking bread, I will pick up the next recipe for the Easter dough! I think everything will work out as long as I am not upset with the purchase, as it was previously in the reviews !!!! For me now HB‒ is a must have!

Spam detected! I can't say anything about the rest of the bread maker, I didn't use it. My husband presented a gift for the New Year - Berrardi, now you have to learn from her. The first time, when baked, also the crust did not work, it came out as if not baked. And then my mother-in-law suggested a recipe for bread, and I bake it using it. Great bread turned out. After that, I don’t look into the recipe book. The next step is bread made from whole grain flour - later I will write off about the successes))

Chef, I would say that the motivation of sellers to sell this brand is off scale, since they are selling it so aggressively. just the difference in price
nothing, time will pass, again Panasonic will be good

I don’t know, maybe you are taking the wrong proportions? I have a scale, I weigh every single gram and have an excellent product at the end.
sazalexter
What specialists have appeared on the forum, it's time for them to ask Panasonic Corporation for advertising and promotion to ask for rebates in each message, you need to kick Panasonic, well, just a kindergarten
Sedne
And they all attack. Of course, Panasonic is not the same, and the unknown Berrardi is better, yeah.
vatruska
No, why are they attached to Panasonic ??? In any chain store of bakery machines of different brands - a couple of shelves to the eyeballs for any wallet ...
Sedne
Svetlana, vatruska, and I can explain this, Panasonic is the most popular of the bread makers, another thing I do not understand at all who is being led to the unknown Berrardi, so I, deciding to buy Panasonic, would not be led by something that I have never heard of. I remember how in the same m-video they were bred to Bork, but at least Bork was heard, and then what, what is it, who it is, where they came from, and already left-wing Internet stores have, which are supposedly full of bread machines, and straight impose this, and if you do not agree, they say sorry, the other is not.
sazalexter
vatruskaThey compare their HP with Panasonic, positioning their HP as a hi end among bread makers. Zojirushi Breadmaker BB-CEC20 is too hard for them
vatruska

You know, I immediately ran to the m-video site - maybe there are no Panasonic? There is! Although, to be honest, the pricing policy of Panasonic drives into a stupor - they keep prices all the way ... near the roof ... like a comparatively large Sony color TV, like a bread machine ...

In general, wait, good people !!! Let your baked goods in Burrardi always be baked and with a dark crust !!! Just kick other brands - don't!
Bast1nda
Yes, they deliberately mix two brands in the memory of the site visitor, coming to the store, he will not remember where he saw / heard this coupling and it seems like Burrardi is a company. None of the regulars of the HP certainly will not behave, but by chance, when searching, people who come in will see ..... + for each review they are paid money, why keep saving these pseudo-reviews? People looking for reviews before buying are deceived. Gloom 12000 the price of this nonsense, in which neither the programs are tested, nor the service really is not, well, again, the bork started with the same. Russian China for insane money.
I am amazed at the patience of the site administration, to remove all this hidden advertising, they also think that we do not see what reviews they write.
TashaA
Of course I'm sorry, I'm writing a second time. The first message was deleted for some reason. I do not advertise this stove at all and so far I myself am learning to work with it, but since there are people who have gone to waste and instead of the chosen model, on the advice of managers, bought this one, then let's exchange recipes. The first few did not work out, but this is more from the fact that until I find a match in flour and water. Although I do everything according to the recipe. In the first plain bread, the top was white, and the second was baked in the oven, since it began to creep out in the menu when the last was proofed. This day I am trying to bake bread with rosemary. I will report on the result)

Thank you, Alexandra, otherwise the lid fell through. At what much ...
The recipe was as follows: Water (measuring cup - 235 ml) - 1 stack.
Wheat flour - 2 1/4 stack.
Yeast (dry) - 2 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Rosemary (fresh or dry) - 2 tsp
Basil (dried) - 1/2 tsp
Thyme (dried) - 1/2 tsp
Oregano (dried) - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Olive oil - 1 tsp.
Parmesan (grated) - 3 tbsp. l.
Garlic (dry) - 1/4 tsp

I think yeast and water are too much. I added more flour along the way.

This day I called the managers to find out about the manual mode. It turns out that this is a mode for baking the product ... That's so sad (((and funny from how I got lost. It was given to me, though not for 12,000, but with delivery for almost 9,000, but for us it money too ...
TashaA
Maybe someone is good. I made a cupcake yesterday, a recipe from the forum (I don't remember the author, but I express my deep gratitude)) 1 glass of sugar, 1 glass of sour cream, 1.5 glasses of flour (I added a couple more spoons during the kneading, since the sour cream was homemade and thinner than the store sour cream), 2 eggs, 1 tsp of soda slaked with vinegar (took about half a teaspoon). Everything in the bowl and on the 4th mode (Fast bread). In this mode, the dispenser does not work, so if you want additives, you need to manually add. At the end of the program, the top was still watery, baked on the "Baking" program for another 20 minutes, and then in the airfryer the top (it was quite pale) was ruminated for 5 minutes at a temperature of 205 degrees. The cupcake podnialsia is excellent and very tasty, but it comes to finalizing it along the way) As I learn to insert a photo, I will insert it.
