Ingredients

For Cannelloni:
Wheat flour 400 gram
Eggs 4 things.
Salt (to taste) 1 / 2-1h. l.
Turmeric / paprika sweet for color optional
For filling:
Minced meat (I have pork / beef) 500 grams
Turnip onion 1 PC.
Zucchini 1 piece (not large)
Champignon mushrooms 300-400 grams
Salt, pepper, spices taste.
For the bechamel sauce:
Butter 50 grams
Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Milk 750 ml.
Salt, pepper, nutmeg taste
Additionally:
A tomato 1-2 pcs.
Grated cheese 100-150 grams

Cooking method

  • I offer a delicious and satisfying dish!
  • You can please your loved ones with such a dish, as well as serve on a festive table!
  • Cooking is not easy and fast, but worth it.
  • So let's get started.
  • First, let's knead the dough, I do it in HP on the "Pelmeni" mode. During the kneading process, you may need to add a little water, since the flour is different for everyone.
  • I added a little, apparently my flour is too dry.
  • Cover the finished dough and let it rest and "gain" strength!

  • Chop mushrooms and fry with 1/2 onion.

  • My finished sauce came out smooth and silky.

  • To assemble the whole dish, you also need to cut the tomato into slices, grate the cheese.
  • Cooking cannelloni:
  • Happiness, whoever has a dough roller, I have, so the assembly of the dish takes 20 minutes.
  • Roll out the finished dough, I roll it to 1-3-5 (I have a Markato-Atlas), cut into rectangles 8x10 cm in size, put a filling of meat and mushrooms on each square, roll it into a tube.
