Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Vegetables of any preservation method - fresh, frozen, dried. I have dried and frozen for winter.
  • I cook the beans in advance, 5-6 liters at once, put them in jars for twisting (thanks to the advice of Tanya-Admin), and in the refrigerator, there is a stock of ready-made beans. I cook such beans with a supply of liquid, so that in jars it is with * broth *, as in cans. I especially like red beans, and the broth color the soup.
  • Also * in reserve * I cook and jellied meat, I also store it in jars for twisting.
  • Soup: I put vegetables in a casserole or slow cooker, tomatoes must be whole (!), Salt a little, favorite seasonings, cook until tender. And add beans and jellied meat to taste. I add salt if necessary.
  • For a casserole - keep it on low heat for a little more so that cold beans and jellied meat are dispersed in the soup and well heated. I leave the multicooker on heating for 20 minutes.
  • This uncomplicated soup as a constructor, collect it from the available vegetables, beans and jellied meat complete the flavoring structure.

And now I’ll tell you a secret - whole small tomatoes are so tasty to bite, the tomato taste is sealed for the whole cooking, and the hot tomato turns out to be very tasty. And the rest of the vegetables do not really lose their taste. Do not put a little beans, you just want to pick it up in a bigger spoon. And jellied meat gives this simple vegetable soup both aroma and satisfying taste and coziness, especially in winter, warms well. And it saves time well, no need to cook ordinary meat soup.
