The lightest charlotte for the Princess (master class)

Ingredients

sugar 1 glass
flour 1 glass
eggs 3 pcs
apples 2-4 (optional)

Cooking method

  • The lightest charlotte for the Princess (master class)
  • Hello everyone!
  • Today I brought you Charlotte.
  • I understand perfectly well that I will not open "America" with my recipe, but there are always people who find it easier to see once than hear (read) a hundred times. So my MK is addressed primarily to young housewives and girls who "just can't do it." I will also be glad if other housewives find useful "little things" and nuances in my cooking.
  • My Charlotte is prepared according to the usual recipe. However, I bake my pie with an increased (in relation to the standard norm) number of apples, as well as according to a simplified scheme. Take the number of apples at your discretion and taste. We like it much better when there are a lot of apples. Then the finished cake turns out to be slightly moist with a delicate splash of biscuit. In our family, such a "wet" version is eaten much faster than an ordinary Charlotte. If you like drier biscuits, then put fewer apples than me.
  • Here are the essential foods.
  • Today I put in 4 medium apples.
  • The lightest charlotte for the Princess (master class)
  • Cool the finished Charlotte on a wire rack
  • Please note that the cake is so tender that when you remove it using the wire rack, stripes formed on top of the cake)))
  • The lightest charlotte for the Princess (master class)The lightest charlotte for the Princess (master class)
  • Sprinkle the cooled Charlotte with icing sugar. Bon Appetit!

The dish is designed for

round shape to dia. 30 cm

Time for preparing:

preparation 10-15 min + cutting 20 min

Cooking program:

pizza maker Princess

Note

Try to cook! It's very EASY, FAST and DELICIOUS!

PS Charlotte, of course, can be baked in the oven. Only in her it will turn out a little drier than in the Princess. The form should be taken smaller, with a diameter of 20-22 cm.

PP. C. If you are not sure about the quality of your flour, try making Charlotte with fewer apples first.

Thank you I tried

Yes, I am very pleased with this "cleaner" Still, bastard, I thought for a long time whether to take it. now I can't get enough of it. It is quite inexpensive, but very helpful. Now I "crush" apples only with it (and not only for charlotte). You can also simply peel the apple without removing the core and without cutting the apple in a spiral. And there's no need to talk about cutting apples for a dryer

shuska,
I was ashamed here, in your MK topic, to post my charlotte from GF.
If you do not mind, I will write here.
The dough was made according to the recipe, baked in GF from cold for about 17 minutes.

Tanya, why were they ashamed? On the contrary, such airy beauty should be shown to people!
Moreover, many girls have other stoves (and some in general only an oven) and this does not mean that Charlotte cannot be made in them. Now, thanks to your experience, GF girls can safely use the recipe.
Thank you very much for the photo report

How many apples did you put in?
Lel
shuska, and I hasten to thank you for the delicious charlotte. More than once I made it in the oven, just according to this recipe, but today I made it with your light hand in Tristar. What can I say: simple, unusually fast, incredibly tasty, airy, fragrant. Thank you very much for pushing me to bake this pie in a pizza maker. Uraaaa !!! So Tristarchik went !!!

Very beautiful Charlotte! So golden and airy!
I am sincerely glad that you liked it! Thanks for the photo report

Please write how you cooked in Tristar. I am sure that the girls who own such stoves will be very grateful to you.

Why did you decide to turn Charlotte over? We really like the top crust. It is very tender and if you turn the pie over, then this crust will just remain on the plate.
And I would advise you to crush the cake with powdered sugar on top. My sweets always ask for more powder. It tastes better)))
Lel
shuska, thank you very much for the recommendations, I will definitely listen to them. And next time I'll put it on a dish, as expected. Honestly, I was afraid to pull out a pie of such a large diameter from the mold. He was very soft. I thought I would break this delicate beauty. But, you know, it is no less beautiful from this side. And yes, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

Despite the fact that the cake turns out to be tender, you can easily turn it over. I mentioned this in MK. I take out the cake like this: put the grid / wire rack on a charlotte in the form of a box, turn over the form and shake the charlotte on the wire rack. Then I cover with the second wire rack, turn it over again and leave to cool on this second wire rack. I do a double flip just so that the top of the pie is on top. I turn the cooled charlotte over onto my hand (!) And put it on a dish. With all these manipulations, the cake does not suffer at all. This is how she turns out to be "strong")))
Lel
shuska, I was in such a hurry to bake charlotte that I did not see your description of turning the pie on the wire rack at all. Everything, turned over her pie, as expected (or rather, what was left of it). And you know, his top crust is not sticky at all, but dry. Nothing stuck in the glass dish. And, of course, you were right, no matter how good the bottom of the pie is, but the top is still more beautiful.

Natasha, I'm glad that everything turned out tasty and liked it!
Are you sure that 1.5 norms will fit? What did you bake in? Mine sometimes (as in the photo) even touches the top. 1.5 norms will definitely not fit into mine. And this despite the fact that I have a shape in diameter for the entire stove.

Olga, I got it low, maybe I need more apples, baked for the first time in the Princess, Charlotte, usually baked in a cartoon, and I have a shape like you, 30 cm :-)
shuska
Natasha, how many apples did you put in? And how did the biscuit grow when baked? Strong or not? If possible, measure the height of the charlotte. Something confuses me that you can put the one and a half rate there (although, I never tried)
lettohka ttt
There were only two apples, I added prunes, I have a shape like yours, you can see in the photo that it is not high, but it tastes tender, maybe all the same, one rate, but more apples to add!) Sorry there is nothing to measure) takeaway :-) :-) managed to grab a piece)
I will experiment, to taste, I really liked it!

Yes, probably because of the fewer apples. My height of Charlotte turns out to be a side of 2-2.5 cm, in the center 3-3.5 cm. This, of course, is not a very high biscuit, but the Princess does not allow baking higher pastries. But in a pizza maker, Charlotte turns out to be more tender than in the oven, but, on the other hand, not the same as in a slow cooker "pale".

The most important thing is that Charlotte liked the taste
Try adding more apples (at least 3 large ones) next time. The taste must change. Become more tender and juicy. Suddenly you like it more
lettohka ttt
I will experiment, by the way, the prunes have given such a spicy note)

Great idea with prunes!

By the way, Charlotte, in principle, can be made not only with apples, but, for example, with pears or oranges

shuska, Today I also tried to bake Charlotte in the Princess. Charlotte is like a magic wand for me. When you need something quick for tea, charlotte always comes first. Previously, I always baked in a multicooker. I bake according to the same recipe as yours. I just beat 4 eggs into a glass of sugar and flour. In the same way, I knock down eggs well and for a long time, but while the eggs are knocked down, I cook apples. I also cut a lot of apples, usually more apples than dough.
But my cartoon broke, in which I always bake a biscuit and charlotte and here is your recipe.
I have a charlotte with 4 apples and a black currant (you need to put the vitamin freeze in). Only I missed ... when I bake in a mult, I always pour the dough into the bowl and pour the fruit on top. When baking, it mixes itself with the dough. I did so today, did not stir the apples right away, but out of habit, poured it into the dough, which I had already poured into the mold. And since the tesa was a small layer, and there was no place for the fruit to go down, I got bigger apples on top.
Maybe that's why Charlotte grabbed a little from above.

I think that apples and berries should have been mixed with the dough.
How about? Like the Princess Charlotte? How was the biscuit baked?
nila
Yes, next time I'll try to mix it. The biscuit was baked perfectly, baked for 30 minutes.
And the taste is a little unusual. I'm used to the fact that in a cartoon she turns out to be tall, fluffy and wet. Here is a little different, she had nowhere to climb. But it's still delicious!
shuska
The Princess needs a little less dough than the multi. Therefore, the recipe is for 3, not 4 eggs. Try it on three eggs. Compare the result. Suddenly the option for the Princess will be more pleasant
nila
So I did for 3 eggs. At first I had a desire to make 4 eggs, but then I pulled myself up in time and knocked 3 eggs off.
shuska
And rightly so, that I stopped at 3. If I took 4, then the charlotte would definitely rest against the lid and fry on top.
It's just strange that you had 30 minutes to bake. 20 is enough for me. Though my princess is rather slow-moving. Maybe your tension is weak? But it's good that you can check the readiness with a toothpick.
Your charlotte reminded me that the freezer is full of berries. Need to stir up something)))
nila
shuska, or maybe I baked for 20 minutes? Here is a girl's memory, I even forgot a little I know that I was guided by your time
shuska
Nelichka, I'm glad that my MK helped you make a delicious charlotte. Eat your health!

shuska, congratulations on the medal and report back. I tried my Tristar on a charlotte. Everything was according to the recipe, but there were no apples, I put an incomplete glass of frozen lingonberries and currants. Mold diameter 24, height 4cm. Everything was ready in 15 minutes (it's good that I looked). Finished charlotte with a height of 3.5 cm. I'll try it tomorrow at work. Thanks for the recipe!
