While it was beating, sifted separately the flour with soda and baking powder. I overdid it with flour, sifted it by weight according to the recipe. I didn't read carefully that I shouldn't rush to mix all the flour. Therefore, at the end of the kneading, in order to slightly thin the dough, I poured 50 gamma of refined vegetable oil.
I added walnuts instead of raisins.
I haven't had time to try it yet, it's worth cooling down. But she pinched off the crumb. DELICIOUS! Only the powdered sugar is over, we will do without sprinkling.
