Ingredients

canned salmon 200 g
carrot 1 PC
onion (medium-sized) 3 pcs
potatoes 3 pcs
bell pepper red 1 PC
cherry tomatoes or tomato 5 pcs / 1 pcs
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Bay leaf 1 PC
allspice 3 pcs
salt pepper taste
greens taste

Cooking method

  • Canned salmon soupDisassemble the fish into pieces.
  • Canned salmon soupWash, peel the vegetables, remove the stalk and seeds from the bell pepper.
  • Canned salmon soupCut the potatoes into cubes.
  • Canned salmon soupCut the carrots into cubes.
  • Canned salmon soupChop green onions. Cut the onion into cubes.
  • Canned salmon soupCut the cherry tomatoes into wedges.
  • Canned salmon soupCut the pepper into slices.
  • Canned salmon soupHeat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion in it for about 5 minutes.
  • Canned salmon soupThen add carrots, peppers and tomatoes to the onion, cook for another 6-7 minutes.
  • Canned salmon soupBoil 1.5 liters of water in a saucepan. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Canned salmon soupPut salmon with juice, fried vegetables in a saucepan, add bay leaf and allspice, salt. Cook for another 10 minutes. Serve cooked with pepper and sprinkle with green onions.
