Dough:
0.5 liters of warm milk
2 tbsp. l. granulated sugar
3-4 tbsp. l. flour,
1/3 100 gr. packs of compressed yeast (or 1 sachet of dry yeast)

Beat lightly with a broom and put in a warm place until the "hat" is raised.

In a separate container:
1 tsp salt,
1-2 tbsp. l granulated sugar
80-100 gr. grows up. oil,
5 1/2 tbsp. flour.
And when the dough "starts to play" we add to these ingredients. We knead everything thoroughly. Cover with a bag or napkin and place in a warm place (no drafts).

My additions, I changed the vegetable oil for margarine, I do not like crushing into dough. She put the dough in a multicooker RDmond M90, and started the dough in a bread maker. I liked the dough very much.
