VENIKA, I bake all the breads manually. After the first three loaves, I realized that even on a long Basic Proofing, sometimes there is not enough proofing. And the capricious rye with sourdough! At first I thought that nothing would come of it. But practice has shown that such bread can be successfully baked in Panasonic.
And, since there is no manual mode in Panasonic, I use the warm rise (or heating) mode, then the Baking mode. So this program is the leading one for me.

I still use different types test... Panas has several of them, most often basic and basic with additives are used. But I also use rye and French.

This year, unexpectedly for myself, I cooked jam in it. There was a lot of kiwi, some of them were cooked with confiture in KhP. It turned out that there are two jam modes in Panas - with and without stirring. For soft fruits, no stirring is generally a joy. It just warms up, the fruits are boiled, but they do not lose their shape.

However, low-yeast also gained almost 6%. And it seems to me that if it were possible to restart the old models, replacing the dietary one with a low-yeast one (both for 5 hours, but in a dietary one it takes indecently a lot to equalize the temperature: in a low-yeast one, a maximum of an hour, and here a minimum), and even buy this dream stove for 6000 rubles as before ...

I use dumplings and pizza much more often than French and with raisins. I do not use baking separately, because the dough kneads the HP (if heavy) and then bakes accordingly, and the liquid one - the mixer, then into the mold and into the oven.
