Ingredients

Red bell pepper 1 kg
Spicy pepper 1-2pcs
Celery 0.5 beam
Parsley 0.5 beam
Dill 0.5 beam
Wine vinegar 0.25 cups
Lemon 0,5
Black peppercorns 10 pieces
Allspice peas 5 pieces
Carnation bud 2 pcs
Salt 1h l
Garlic 4 cloves
Sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • What you see in the photo is the remains of 2 kg the next day. The pepper is incredibly tasty.
  • Choose a medium sized pepper with flat sides.
  • Remove the stalk of the bell pepper, being careful not to damage the pepper. It must remain intact. I press on the stem from behind.
  • Fry the peppers on both sides until soft, with the lid closed.
  • Fry in the deepest pan. It splashes very much.
  • Fry whole hot peppers with Bulgarian. Cut the greens into coarse 1.5 cm.
  • Crush the garlic.
  • Put the fried peppers in a bowl sprinkling with herbs, spices and finely chopped hot peppers without a tail but with seeds.
  • After frying the peppers, turn off the gas and put crushed garlic, salt, vinegar and juice of half a lemon into the hot oil in a frying pan.
  • Stir and pour the marinade over the pepper. In theory, the pepper should be infused for a day or at least cool down. But I can't resist and start eating right away.
  • Stir the pepper gently several times with a spatula.
  • Try for salt and sourness.
  • If not enough, add lemon juice and salt. Bon Appetit.
