Ingredients

sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
kefir 120 ml.
butter (margarine) 50 gr.
salt 1/4 tsp
sugar 1/4 tsp
soda 1/2 tsp
wheat flour 200-250 gr.

Cooking method

  • Prepare the pizza filling in advance. I have everything that can be found in the refrigerator. I spread it on bowls and everyone collects their own pizza, according to their taste.
  • To make pizza dough, mix kefir with sour cream, add salt, sugar and soda, stir well, add melted butter, then add flour, start with 180 grams, then focus on the consistency of the dough, it should be soft, even a little sticky to your hands.
  • To prepare pizza, immediately after kneading, distribute the dough by hand over a mold or a greased baking sheet. One portion of dough is enough for a large pizza - for a whole baking sheet or three small ones. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C until golden brown.

Since I remembered about the pizza dough late in the evening, there was no time to put yeast on. (I usually make pizza, shape it and cook it completely in the evening. Then I put it in the freezer overnight, and in the morning I stuff it into the Princess and, while I washed, ready and on the table. Very convenient!) so I had to urgently look for dough without yeast. Found it! Kneaded quickly. Only, as always, I nahimichit to suit my tastes (forgive me!)
Made 2 servings.
I took flour in one of them, the rest according to the recipe.
In the other, rye flour, instead of sour cream, yogurt 0%, kefir 0%, instead of butter, 1 tsp of plums and 1 tsp of sunflower.
She rolled and formed on a handful of corn flour (on the machine, already used to it!).
Each portion is for one pizza in Princess. Therefore, they turned out to be not thin at all, but plump and fluffy (but they love me like that)!

Filling: fish cakes left over from dinner🤣 (flounder, zucchini, egg, flaxseed flour, ground rye rusks soaked in milk, salt, spices. Baked in madlenitsa), salt. cucumber, sl. pepper, tomatoes, Riga cheese (15%).
It turned out very tasty!
My second even liked it better! Nobody smelled the fish, they decided that with minced meat! (no one eats my fish, ... if what.)
