Rice porridge with meat like pilaf in Tefal RK-816E32 multicooker

Ingredients

Lamb (pork) 500 (300) gr
rice for pilaf 400 (200) gr.
carrot 2 (1) pcs.
bulb onions 2 (1) pcs.
water 800 (400) ml.
Goji berries 50 (-) gr.
light raisins 70 (-) gr.
garlic 2 (1) head
zira 1 (-) tsp
canned chickpeas 1 (-) b.
vegetable oil 50 (35) ml.
salt pepper taste
dried peppers, tomatoes - (taste)
spices for pilaf - ( taste)

Cooking method

  • The recipe is borrowed from the recipe book, but significantly modified. It turned out, of course, not pilaf in its classic version, but it is also very tasty and crumbly.
  • Without brackets, I indicate the ingredients and proportions from the book, in brackets - mine.
  • We set the Fry / Meat mode for 20 minutes, pouring oil into the bowl and adding spices. Cut the onion into half rings, carrots into strips and after 2-3 minutes add to the multicooker bowl, fry everything together for 3 minutes. Then add the meat, cut into small pieces and continue to fry, stirring occasionally. I fried everything with the lid of the multicooker closed. At the end of the frying, add the rice evenly, add the garlic and add water. At this stage, I salted and added dried peppers and tomatoes. We turn on the program "Plov", it is automatic (it turned off after about 30 minutes somewhere). At the end of the program, I mixed everything and let it brew for a few more minutes.
  • In the recipe book at the end of the program, it is recommended to add the chickpeas and let it brew for 5 minutes.
  • Bon Appetit!
