Ingredients

Cottage cheese (classic, not pasta) 9% 350 BC

Cooking method

  • Mash the cottage cheese without fanaticism in a bowl, add all the other ingredients, leaving 0.5 tablespoons of sugar. Simply knead the dough with a spoon, while mixing the sugar itself will crush the cottage cheese until smooth.
  • I decided to bake cheesecakes in a mold for mini-burrs. This is where the scoop from my ice cream spoon goes. It is very easy to use it to measure all sorts of balls such as meatballs, falafel and others like them, that's good for cheesecakes. Just rinse the spoon with water before each scoop.
