Processed cheese slices 2packs 150g each
Spinach 50-70g

Cooking method

  • Add eggs, breadcrumbs (homemade preference), garlic, salt, ground pepper, breadcrumbs to the minced meat, stir well. Put the minced meat in a rectangle on damp gauze in two layers or on a piece of damp clean cloth, flatten. Put ham on the minced meat, cheese slices in two layers (I have one layer - this is not enough), spinach on top. Wrap the roll. Lay out the bacon carefully. According to the recipe, bacon is laid out along long strips on foil, a roll is laid out on the edge of the foil and then wrapped. In this case, you need 400 g of bacon. I didn’t calculate, I bought short bacon and only 200 g, but that was enough for me, I put a log of the roll on foil and covered it with strips of bacon, but not with a ring, but slightly bent under the bottom of the roll. Wrap in foil, bake for 40 minutes at 220 gr. then she opened the foil and baked for another 15 minutes, until a beautiful golden crust.
