Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Add zest, spices, lemon juice to the whipped mass.
  • Mix flour with baking powder, sift and add to the whipped mass. Gently, with a spatula, stir in the dry mixture.
  • And now we add strained, dried on a paper towel and boneless, in flour, apples to the dough (flour must be taken from the total amount in the recipe)
  • Knead the mass thoroughly so that the dried fruit is evenly distributed in the dough.
  • Lubricate the mold, spread the dough .. Smooth the top.
  • Preheat the oven. Bake at 150-160 * C for 1 hour -1 hour 20 minutes.
  • The readiness of the cake is determined by a dry match.
  • It is important not to overdry the product. Refrigerate in mold.
  • The top of the cupcake can be generously greased with dessert alcohol.
  • I, on a shaving brush, use the remnants of alcohol from soaking dried fruits.
  • We wrap the product in foil and put it in the refrigerator. On the forums they write that you can store it at room temperature.
  • But I'm kind of scared)))) I bake long before Christmas, so I keep it cool.
