Cooking method

Delicious dish. I am incredibly delighted with him. I found the recipe on the website "Turkish cuisine at home"
In the original recipe "Izmir cutlet" instead of bell pepper, hot green peppers are used and chopped parsley is added to the minced cutlet. The rest of the recipe has not been changed.
