Ingredients

bell pepper 1 PC

Cooking method

  • We love this warm vegetable salad made from charcoal or grilled vegetables. In our family, it goes under the name Ajap sandalwood. I cooked it at NG in Stebik, I liked it very much! I want to share with you too! Simple and delicious!
  • Cut eggplant and zucchini into slices, pepper into wide strips (for greater beauty it is better to take yellow pepper), cut the tomato into 2-4-8 slices, depending on the size of the tomato.
  • I cooked in a non-stick bowl, but I think it will work with stainless steel too. Turn on the Frying mode, wait until the bowl is warmed up, pour a little vegetable oil, add vegetables for frying in parts. Fry on both sides.
  • When everything is fried, cut into large pieces, add chopped garlic and chopped cilantro. Well, or whatever greens are available or what you like.
  • You can salt it, you can eat it that way. The tomato will give juiciness and sourness. Eggplant and pepper are the main flavor. Zucchini sounds unexpectedly tasty here! I never thought that zucchini could be so delicious before!
  • This salad goes well by itself and as a side dish for meat.

By the way, it is better to fry vegetables not until they are fully cooked, but to leave them a little "al-dente", so to speak. But fully fried vegetables also go well. So choose how to cook based on how you are used to!
