Ingredients

Flour 550-600gr
Milk 300ml
Dry yeast 2 tsp
Egg 2 pcs
Sugar 100gr
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l
Butter 50gr
Salt 0.5 tsp
Vanillin 1 gr.
Raisins 150gr

Cooking method

  • I was looking for such a recipe for a very long time. The buns turned out to be incredibly tasty.
  • In 300 ml of warm milk, put 2 tsp dry yeast, 1 tbsp. l sugar and 1 tbsp. l flour. Stir and place in a warm place.
  • When the dough makes a hat, pour it into the flour. Take the flour at the beginning 550 gr. Add 1 egg, 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil, sugar, salt and vanillin. Knead the dough. I did it in the cache with a hook.
  • When the dough is kneaded, add melted butter in a thin stream and continue kneading. Add more flour if necessary. Try not to overdo it with flour.
  • The dough is soft and does not stick to your hands.
  • Lubricate the proving dishes with sunflower oil, roll the dough into a ball. Cover the dishes with plastic wrap. I cover with a bag, because for some reason the film does not stick.
  • Place in a warm place. I put it on a chair near the radiator and cover it with something.
  • When the dough has increased 3-4 times, take it out, roll it out and fold it in an envelope.
  • Do this 2 times.
  • Roll into a ball again and place on proof.
  • When the dough rises again, divide into 12 pieces and roll each piece into a ball and then rest on a baking sheet and cover with a plastic wrap or bag.
  • The balls should grow a lot.
  • Roll each ball into a rectangle, sprinkle with pre-washed and dried raisins. Fold the rectangle lengthwise and roll into a roll.
  • Grease the mold with butter and put the rolls there. I have a Teflon mold, so I didn't grease it with oil. Try to use a smaller shape.
  • When the rolls are very large and almost stick together, brush with yolk mixed with 1 tsp of water.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes at 160C.
