Ingredients

bulgur 1.3 ms
chicken hearts, stomachs, liver ~ 700 g
pickled cucumbers (pickled) 2 pcs
turnip (small) 2 pcs
carrot 1 PC
bulb onions 1 PC
buckwheat flour 1 tbsp. l
ginger (root) ~ 1.5 cm
cucumber pickle ~ 200 ml
fennel 0.5-1 tsp
ground black pepper
salt

Cooking method

  • Prepare vegetables. Chop the onion finely. Cut carrots, turnips and cucumbers into cubes. If the skin of the cucumbers is rough, then peel them.
  • Rinse and cut stomachs, hearts and liver.
  • Finely chop the ginger.
  • Start the FRYING program and fry the stomachs first for about 15 minutes, then add the hearts, last of all the liver.
  • Put the fried giblets from the multicooker bowl into another dish.
  • Then in the same bowl, fry the onion, ginger, add fennel seeds, carrots and turnips, add flour, mix.
  • Add fried giblets, cucumbers, pour in cucumber pickle, add bulgur, pour boiled water up to the maximum mark.
  • Set the porridge program, pressure 0.7, time 10 minutes. After the end of the program, do not release the pressure.
