  • 1. Cut the onion into thin rings or half rings. I used a vegetable slicer.
  • 2. Pour some oil into the pan and fry the onion.
  • 3. Cut the champignons as you like, I had plates. Add to fried onions.
  • 4. Cut the chicken thigh fillet as you like. I cut each piece into 4 strips. Add to onion with mushrooms.
  • 5. Add a little teriyaki sauce, salt, paprika, universal seasoning, simmer, covered, for 15-20 minutes without opening.
  • 6. Turn off the gas and leave for 5-10 minutes.
  • Bon Appetit!!!

Time for preparing:

20-25 minutes

Cooking program:

on the stove

Note

I cooked in a pressure-cooker saucepan on the stove. It seems to me that it is possible in any multicooker, frying pan, etc.
Any noodles are ideal for a side dish.

I take it to bookmarks
I think it's delicious

Emerald, I hope you will like it! This meat turned out to be a reasonable compromise for my family. The taste and softness suits everyone, but there is still less fat than pork.

Anya, thank you! I also took it to the bookmarks and will do it in the near future. I love simple recipes without bells and whistles
Rada-dms

There are thighs so fat that the pork just rests ...

Zamorochka, I myself like these, so that quickly, tasty and with a minimum amount of used dishes
By the way, I cut the champignons with an alligator with a slicer, it turned out perfect! And the bow is very thin on the mandolin (I have a debyer slicer)

Rada-dmsI hope you enjoy it.

Kapet, I used thigh fillet, this is not a very dietary meat, but still about half the fat than in pork. So you can cook with both beef and pork, it also turns out delicious.
And the seasoning is with iHerb. You can taste any other, the main taste is provided by the teriyaki sauce with paprika.

However, this kosher makes me neither warm nor cold, because I do not belong to the Jews, and I do not attach myself.
Unfortunately, there is no such seasoning in our area. But individually, everything is there ...

Shl. This seems to be one of many cases where the simpler the recipe, the tastier the dish.
