Semolina porridge in Shteba for 10 min

Ingredients

Milk 2.5 m / st
Semolina 2.5-3st. l
Sugar Option
Butter Option

Cooking method

  • I really like semolina porridge, but I hate cooking it on the gas stove!
  • For some reason, in MV, too, none of them managed to cook it normally ...
  • And then I got Shtebochka !!! That she just didn't cook for me in less than two months of use! And everything works out great! I decided to adapt it to cooking semolina ... And everything worked out !!!
  • And fast, simple and tasty!
  • Turns on the Frying mode and immediately pour milk, without waiting for it to squeak. My husband doesn't respect porridge, but 1 portion is enough for me. Therefore, I adapted to cook for 1 time for my beloved! Pour milk from the refrigerator, volume 2.5 multi-glasses, i.e. 400 ml. I'm waiting for it to boil (it's about 8 minutes). If you are distracted, then you don't have to worry about running away - even in a 5-liter bowl, the specified volume of milk will rise to a maximum of half a bowl!
  • Then, after boiling, pour semolina - 2.5-3 tbsp. l. without a slide, depending on what density you like porridge. In the photo - a thick 3 tbsp. l. Fill in a thin "trickle", stirring occasionally. To avoid lumps, it is convenient to stir with a whisk. The main thing is not to pour out all the semolina at once! Namely, a little bit and at the same time we mix well!
  • I love sweet porridge, so I add another 0.5 tbsp. l. Sahara. You can also add butter to taste
  • I interfere again, wait 2 minutes and turn it off. I immediately pull the bowl out of the MV.
  • You can stir it again and put it on a plate! Bon Appetit!

The dish is designed for

1 serving

Time for preparing:

10 min

Cooking program:

Frying

Note

I have cooked it several times already, it turns out delicious, milk does not run away, porridge without lumps!
By the way, the bowl is Teflon. I have not tried it in stainless steel. Do not close the lid throughout the cooking process.
Someone advised to cook on Kasha at 0.3, but I don’t like 0.3 Che, suddenly the valve will not close ... It will still burn ... Therefore, I found my own cooking option. It will definitely turn out to be successful! I advise!

Alex_Fil
What a good recipe! I haven’t eaten semolina for so long, moreover, I didn’t know how to cook it ... There is a staff, there is semolina, it is not a problem to buy milk, I will definitely cook it! Thank you!
Masha Ivanova
lana light, Sveta! That is, everything is cooked with the lid open, like on the stove?
lana light
Oh, exactly, I didn't write about the cover! Semyon Semyonitch! I'll add it to the recipe.
Yes, Len, with the lid open!

Alex_Fil, to your health !!!
Albina
Sveta, I'll take on the recipe 🔗 what has shared. In principle, I cook semolina porridge on an electric stove for 5-7 minutes, but you need to stir all the time
lana light
Albina, yes, I also liked to cook this way more, because just stir a couple of times and that's it!
And it does not run away, which is also important!
Albina
Today I cooked on the stove and specials. the time was detected: in 3 minutes everything was ready 🔗 But this method is certainly good if you don't have to stand over the porridge
lana light
In three minutes the milk boiled and the cereal was boiled? I felt the same 10 minutes were spent when I cooked on the stove. Well, in principle, speed is not so important to me than the fact that you don't have to stand over the stove and watch.
Everyone chooses for himself what is more important to him. Probably speed is more important for mothers of babies ...
So we choose what is more convenient for whom and prepare delicious porridge !!!

I already have kids all overgrown. The youngest is 14.But in their childhood, I rarely cooked semolina, so now they sometimes ask for it themselves.
Masha Ivanova
And my stove sometimes heats up for so long that you hesitate to wait. At the same time, Shteba works properly and heats up very quickly. So today I will try at Shteba, for me it will be a good way out.

Sveta, Is this a pressure cooker?
Even so, it is unclear why it did not work in other multicooker, but here it works? Pressure is not involved. Maybe it's the case's thermal protection?
I liked the recipe very much. For a long time I have been thinking how to cook semolina porridge without standing at the stove.

Yes, I also really like Shteba with the powerful heating on the Zharka!

Flax, Shteba and pressure cooker and slow cooker and slow cooker !!!
But in this case it was used as a slow cooker, without pressure.
In one MV I was afraid to cook such a small portion, because it overheated and gave an error, in another for some reason it constantly burned, in the third I did not find a suitable mode ... And Shtebochka's Frying mode is very cool - it heats up quickly and strongly, but nothing burns in it in a Teflon bowl and even a small portion can be easily cooked
I understand that you have no Shteba. Good luck in cooking porridge in your MB model! I hope you succeed!
Alenka212
lana light, I have a Redmond 4505 (positioned as a pressure cooker and a multicooker). I'll try it or Brande, you can play .... If there is time ..... Therefore, the recipe and attracted. My favorite principle: Throw it in, go away, done!
lana light
Alenka212, Lenochka, I also adore recipes like "threw, left, ready" !!! I hope you will get a gruel too! Only for the first time, probably do not leave her, control the process, run it in. And then it will be on the machine!
Unsubscribe how it happened if when you get ready!
anavi
lana light, Sveta, I have a huge thank you !!! Well done, that I wrote the recipe - in the morning I cooked porridge for myself without any problems! I put the milk on - and I'm busy with business! She came up - it boiled, poured it in and EXACTLY 2 minutes with a whisk - and it's done! Well finally! Just gratitude knows no bounds! And then all the time I cook porridge in the morning.
lana light
anavi, Ol, to your health! I'm glad that I also liked to cook like that! Immaculate and without lumps and without close, relentless attention to milk!

Svetaso that the porridge is free of lumps, pour semolina into cold milk, let it stand and bring it to readiness, stirring, try
lana light
eye, Tanechka, thanks for the advice! I will consider for the future! Suddenly you have to go somewhere and Shteba will not be at hand!
Masha Ivanova
lana light, Sveta! Made your porridge today! Now she's mine too! Very convenient indeed. I will not say that the cooking itself is much faster in time than on the stove, it just turns out somehow completely clean. Well, and to warm up the stove itself, I already talked about this, sometimes it takes me much more time. For cooking on the stove, I always pre-soaked semolina, poured dry semolina here, as you recommended. Everything worked out great, without a single lump. In short, I liked it very much. Now semolina is only in Shteba. I recommend to everyone. And the author-download!

Masha IvanovaThanks for appreciating the recipe! For me, this is doubly pleasant, since the recipe was really invented and implemented by herself, and not just brought from another site. But I’m just mastering Shteba, I got it quite recently, and already such an assessment from more experienced staff owners !!!
I'll be on fire right now ...
Alenka212
Tatyana, and how much to stand?
Masha Ivanova
lana light, Sveta! I’m just an inexperienced owner, there are many truly skilled craftsmen, but the site had only one recipe for semolina in Shteba, the proportions are the same, but the cooking method is different. And I have been thinking about cooking semolina porridge for a long time in Shteba, but I have a hard time thinking about it. And you are really a good fellow! Come up with something new and further, and we will be happy to bring your recipes to life.
Deana
lana light, Svetka! You are a genius! Only yesterday I looked sadly at semolina and I wanted so much porridge, but I wanted to take out the pan and stand over it so badly! And here in the morning the recipe! Wow, I'll cook it today! Thank you!
Masha Ivanova
Deana, Dina! It turns out super! Now you will always cook only in Shteba.
julia_bb
lana light, thanks for the recipe adapted for Steba, with all proportions! I will definitely cook, especially in the country, there are many different devices at home, and in the country only Stebik ...
Moreover, I ordered a ceramic bowl especially for porridge

Maybe yes! I sit, cracking And it still turns out to be somehow special, not the same as in a saucepan. I don't know, maybe * optical illusion *, but I really like it!
lana light
Deana, julia_bb, Masha Ivanova, girls, all bon appetit !!!
Zhanik
why don't you want to try to close the lid? I cook with the lid closed, but in other models ... it takes, however, 20 minutes for this. But there is no need to interfere, etc.
Masha Ivanova
Zhanik, Natasha! How do you cook, please tell us? Interestingly, different ways to compare and choose which is more convenient.
Although this method is also not annoying. Everything is so fast! Not at all like standing by the stove and stirring constantly.
Albina
I don't have a ceramic bowl for it, but will it burn in stainless steel?
Masha Ivanova
Albina, Albina! You can also try in a stainless steel. Someone wrote that he does not burn. But, of course, this is not the best bowl for milk porridge.

Elena, I pour the cereal, pour the milk + water (cold), then stir the pots in a circular motion so that all the semolina lags behind the bottom. And I put on the program Kasha. In Kuku 0821 simply by closing the lid, and in Ourson 5005 for pressure 3. I have no stems ( I usually cook from Semolina (I’m better off like that) sometimes until the end of the cycle, sometimes I turn it off a little earlier. But the main thing is to remove the heating. Otherwise, it may stick to the bottom ... If the usual cereal, then in general the process can be shortened, because it cooks faster. For me, a find of semolina ... because usually I put porridge in the night ... But sometimes I just forget. Then in the morning, a magic wand-semolina))) I don't put salt and sugar anywhere. Since everything is different for me, these products are consumed due to age ... It's all already on the plates, like butter
Masha Ivanova
Zhanik, Natasha! Thank you so much!
