Baked asparagus

Ingredients

fresh asparagus 400-450 g
Cherry tomatoes 200 g
cheese 50 g
soy sauce and olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
favorite spices (dry onions and garlic) taste

Cooking method

  • Quite often I make asparagus casserole, but it also goes like a warm salad.
  • Put a bunch of asparagus on the bottom of a deep form (you can cut the stems in half). Drizzle with a mixture of olive oil and soy sauce, sprinkle with garlic and onion spices (can be replaced with finely chopped onions and garlic, but I'm lazy). Throw the cherry tomatoes on top and put the dish in the oven (preheat to 200 g) for 20-25 minutes, 5 minutes before the end of cooking sprinkle with any spicy cheese (I usually - cheddar, you can mix it with Parmesan. Sometimes I replace cherry with sun-dried tomatoes (I take half of them.) Quick and easy.
