Lemon Posset

Ingredients

condensed milk 1 can (400 grams)
fat cream 33-35% 150 milliliters
lemon juice (2-4 lemons) 150 milliliters
vanilla taste

Cooking method

  • Lemon PossetRemove the zest from one lemon.
  • Lemon PossetSqueeze juice from lemons. We need 150 milliliters. Before squeezing, roll the lemon on the table, pressing well with your palm. This will give the lemon more juice.
  • Lemon PossetCombine condensed milk and cream in a bowl for whipping. Milk and cream should be very cold. Add vanillin.
  • Lemon PossetBeat the mixture with a mixer until fluffy. About 3-5 minutes. The mixture should thicken and become like medium-thick sour cream. It should increase slightly in volume.
