Custard pancakes with kefir

Ingredients

1 tbsp = 250ml
salt 1/4 tsp
sugar for unsweetened pancakes (2 for sweet) 1 tbsp. l.
eggs 2 pcs.
liquid homogeneous kefir 0,5 l
boiling water 1 tbsp.
soda 1 tsp
sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
flour 2 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • My favorite pancakes.


  • Sift flour into a saucepan, add salt and sugar, stir. Break the eggs into flour and add some of the kefir. Start kneading with a mixer, gradually kneading all the flour and adding kefir? so that there are no lumps. Pour in a glass of boiling water, stir quickly. Add baking soda and stir again quickly. Add sunflower oil. Sometimes you have to add more boiling water so that the dough has a consistency like liquid-liquid kefir. The oven is better on 2 pans while the reaction is going on.
