Whole grain calzone in Princess Pizza Maker

Ingredients

whole wheat flour 140 gram
warm water 90 ml
dry yeast 1 teaspoon
salt pinch
olive oil (vegetable) 1 tablespoon
sugar 1/4 teaspoon
filling 1
chicken breast
tomato
low fat cheese
filling 2
mushrooms and onions
filling 3
zucchini, eggplants, tomatoes, onions, garlic, herbs

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Leave on for 15 minutes.
  • Put salt in flour. Make a hole and gradually pour in the water and yeast, stirring first with a spoon. Then pour in the butter and knead until the dough is smooth. The dough is cool. Cover the dish with a towel or lid. Remove to a warm place for a couple of hours. I stayed longer. Made in the morning, baked for lunch. The dough has not stopped.
  • For the filling, finely chop 1 raw breast, put on a plate, add a little salt and put in the microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Greenhouse tomato, I advise you to remove the skin and remove the seeds. Then cut into small cubes.
  • Grate cheese coarsely.
  • You can add herbs and onions.
  • Divide the spaced dough into 3 parts, sprinkle the work surface with flour. Roll out a circle from each to a dough thickness of 2-3 mm. The dough rolls out well, does not stick to the rolling pin, does not break.
  • Grease half of the circle with your favorite sauce, put breast, tomatoes, cheese on top. Sprinkle with your favorite spices. Make two cuts on the empty half of the dough.

Note

Delicious things
The bottom crust is crispy, the top is soft and layered. It bites off easily.

If you use 2 and 3 stuffing, then it will be a completely lean option.
For the second, you can fry the onions and mushrooms a little, or lay them raw.
For the third - peel the vegetables, cut into small cubes. Salt and simmer a little. Cool and drain the released liquid so that it is not wet.

Calzone (Italian calzone) - Italian pie, in fact, is a closed form of pizza, made in the shape of a crescent.
What's wrong?
