Ingredients

salt, ground pepper, nutmeg, herbs taste

Cooking method

  • Freeze the liver slightly and remove the film, cut the channels. If the liver is chicken, then sort out and cut the veins.
  • Peel the onions, potatoes, garlic.
  • Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. You don't need to pour a lot of oil, just grease the pan slightly.
  • Chop the liver, fried onions, garlic and potatoes in a way convenient for you. I ran everything through a meat grinder, a large grate.
  • Mix well with a spoon.
  • Add salt, ground pepper, a pinch of nutmeg, chopped herbs to taste and mix well again. Stir the mass and try to beat it lightly with a spoon. The cutlet mass should be thick, like thick pancakes.
  • Fry the cutlets in well-heated vegetable oil.
  • Spread the mass with a spoon. Fry quickly. One side is reddened, immediately turn over to the other side.
  • I fried cutlets in Princess 115001.
  • I poured a little oil on the surface, smeared it well with a brush. The rest of the oil rolled down to the center of the surface. Then, with 2 spoons, she quickly laid the cutlets first in the center of the surface, as if dipping the cutlet in butter. Then she moved this cutlet to the edge of the surface, in a circle.

I, too, do not have a real cutlet shape, but I did not use pork fat, but chicken fat, which is more rare when grinding. And I also emphasized in the recipe that it is advisable to beat the minced meat, I scooped up with a spoon and threw it into a bowl.
