Dear inspirers! I need your help and advice! I have been the owner of an LL pressure cooker for many years. She's smart and wonderful, everything is fast, wonderful, but so tired ... all the dishes turn out to be so nutritionally correct, rather even cooked, that inspiration ran out and I practically abandoned her. I appreciate the speed very much! Hedgehogs, cabbage rolls, pilaf - fast and wonderful. But I don't like soups in it, it makes no sense to cook porridge in my 5 liters for one child ... I am carcass beef, pork and chicken ... softly, tenderly, but there is no zest ... and so I thought, do I need just a cartoon? Maybe she will add variety? Take some baby, 2.5-3 liters, what do you think? Or am I not able to use mine to the fullest?
Mandraik Ludmila
Read the Temki about small multi, I bought myself a small redue-01 for the big cartoon, and it's such a joy, I haven't cooked such porridge before, although I considered myself a cook and casseroles in it turn out much better than in a large one, even though they are baked one recipe and cakes for Prague I bake in it - gorgeous cakes come out ...

I would also recommend a little Redik, only I think it is Redic 02. And bake a muffin, and gorgeous omelets, casseroles, bread, biscuits, and fry meat. About porridge has already been written!
lala2
radic 02 is universal, and fries and steams and cooks and bakes, it takes up little space, and you can cook in it and a child at a time and feed three adults, it will still remain.

Rada-dms, it is exactly the same as 01, only smaller orlik, here's a link:

Try instead of a multicooker an aerogrill with stirrup speeds. There are mini air grills. An aerogrill replaces several devices for me: a microwave oven, an oven, a multicooker, etc.
Rarerka
Is your pressure cooker not working in multi mode?
And there is no zest, how is it? It also depends on the composition of the dish Change the products, it will turn out to be no longer dietary
And at the expense of Rediks, I fully support little girls. Very good devices
Only they also cook "dietary"

I don't know what an LL pressure cooker is. I have Ourson - 2 pcs. The broths are chic. Cottage cheese, baked milk and much more.
МВ - 2 pcs of radio, 01 and 250. They cook, happy that they don't have oil. Porridge for one or two without hassle.
And slow. And I use everything. Nothing is idle.
orlik, or maybe you need a contact grill to fry meat deliciously and tapac chicken. There you can do without an iron.
Or a multi-piece like Delongey. I still dream about her. Can the price drop or vice versa ...

orlik, I have a pressure cooker for lazy cabbage rolls, stuffed peppers, pilaf (since I only do it with brown rice), stewing chicken and meat (because of the Brand's saucepan, I can't fry anything, only a carcass). 01 Radish for daily cereals for breakfast and soups, occasionally chicken broth, chicken for the cat; 02 Redik for office lunches, macaros for dinner, dairy products. I really like this distribution.

And when I got a little fed up with the dietetic nature of the meat from the pressure cooker, since I don't use the stove (pans), I bought the Clathronic pizza maker and now cutlets have been added; chicken and turkey (fried, but without oil), fried (but also without oil) cabbage, etc. - everything cooks very quickly, remains juicy. Look at the Temko "Pizza Makers" - maybe you need this.

And I love my Monkey very much, even though it is 5 liters, it doesn't seem big to me. Frying at 150C with her, it's even too much for me, I fry at 120C. I mostly use a multi-cooker, it's more convenient. And the program "Russian stove" is one of the best porridges on it, they just become downy, I turn it on at night. I think cartoon is needed on the farm.

works like a cartoon, sea modes, only either hands from jo, then skis do not go ... in any case, it is very powerful, it has no temperature differences, all modes are exclusively time difference ... and this is completely different story than cartoon ...

But seriously, I read joyful topics about multi, like porridge for a child in the morning, and soup .... but everything is not right for me. 5 liters of a bowl and one portion of porridge are incompatible things, I don't like the soup in my pressure cooker, I cook it much tastier on the stove ... I tried to make a casserole - some kind of byaka came out ... but in general I just want to be able to be ready in the morning porridge and something new in general. Here! Right! I think you just need it - a small, ten, 2.5 liters - and cook the soup - like on the stove - put everything in turn, and the child's porridge in the morning. In addition to the pressure cooker - that's it! I have a 6-liter Shtebik and a little Panasonic - I don’t know any worries! I even take Panasonic with me to the sea when I go with my child. Read about her Temko.
Ninelle
orlik, mmmm ... I can judge your pressure cooker only based on your feedback on the steaming of the dishes ... Stebik cooks quite differently, I fried, and tormented, and cooked, and stewed, and baked in it. Only one vegetable salad for the winter, cooked in the MSMV, falls under your characteristic of "steaminess", and then, I think that this is my particular saucepan so nimble, and if you correct the regime, then this salad will be quite chic.

in favor all sorts of stews, both stewed and baked, cutlets, hedgehogs, casseroles, pilaf, soups ... we don't eat fried, only grilled steaks, pastries are also not particularly interesting (only casseroles are needed), yoghurts are also not. in fact, everything is the same stew that I get now, but you need to add colors to the taste) well, I already wrote about porridge above ... with mine, it's not at all an option to cook something in the morning

why not boil it in a saucepan then? this is the question that torments me))))))))
My opinion is that you have to stand in a saucepan and add and decrease the heat all the time - you know, bring it to a boil there, etc. , fried - opened and thrown - closed again - and it is boiled there further ... Wrote! Cho-thread is clear to someone?
Ninelle
If you bake ... then yes, crust. And if you cook porridge - then porridge, crumbly, just fluff, and not a drop of oil at the same time. Fish, for example in envelopes, is baked, juicy, firm and without crust. I just keep quiet about the pastries, they are excellent. The casserole is just a delicate pie, the casserole is also good in the cartoon, but in the airfryer it's magic. I won't even write about drying fruits, nuts, and that's understandable.

I didn't expect to read something like that about the airfryer ... I associated it exclusively with grilled chicken ... can it really be porridge? ... O_o
Ninelle
orlik, awesome porridge and! Two glasses of buckwheat + four glasses of boiling water, I cook in a glass saucepan with a lid. Salt to taste, without it. At high speed, 40 minutes. Cooking time depends on the cereal. It is almost impossible to digest, I sometimes cook in the evening and leave it in the turned off airfryer until morning to "blame". You can "Friendship" in pots. What you want is shorter, you can. Pour wine on the bottom of the pre-heated airgil, you will get "aromagril" and the same chicken will turn out to be saturated with the aroma of wine.

orlik, I understand you, it is also more convenient for me to cook soup in a pan, fry cutlets in a pan, stew meat in a cauldron, but despite the fact that I have gas, it would be an electric stove, I would use devices. But still, when I was without multi (I gave it to the student's daughter), I realized that it was like no hands. Porridge, casseroles, biscuits are just a slow cooker, stew, jellied meat - the same thing, well, when there is absolutely no time to stand at the stove, I cook something simple, for example, I threw in meat and onions and potatoes at once, poured sour cream, turned on and left ... I had a Panasonic 18, now the 10th model (thanks to Lyudochka Umka), I really like this baby, I won't trade it for any other with a bunch of programs.

I also have gas, the LL pressure cooker is already 5 years old and in the spring I bought a radish 02. Porridge and a pressure cooker cook great for me, and radish is faster. But the radish bakes great when you need a little, quickly and you don't want to turn on the oven.
I use a slow cooker with milk, there I have cottage cheese every other day, milk porridge is now in it too - the pressure cooker also makes yogurt well, but it is often busy, and I don't want to borrow it for a long time with milk. Well, you can take a little cartoon on the road
