Ingredients

Egg 5 pieces
Milk somewhere 250 ml
Salt pinch
Soda pinch.
Cheese 50-70g
Melt a piece of butter in a bowl
Flour 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Sooooo often I make that kind of omelet. My husband and I really like it.
  • I used to cook without flour and soda, the girls from work taught me so, they think that this is a national Bashkir dish, I really don't know whether or not.
  • They wrote to me a lot about the dangers of soda, but I honestly say, I don't see much harm, both soda and baking powder go into baking and nothing, everyone continues to cook.
  • I do it in the morning and, of course, by eye. I tried to measure everything for the video.
  • In a bowl of skomulul I melt a piece of butter, rub the cheese there, let it melt and fill it with an omelet mixture from the above products.
  • I cook in Orsyukh 5010 on the Omelet mode for 10 minutes. The total time is 12 minutes.
  • That's cheeeeeeeestno !!!!! Yummy!!!

Note

Prepares quickly, whipped and poured. Close the lid and mind your own business. It falls less if you let it stand in a bowl. I recommend to all.
