Ingredients

Large shrimps and octopus 500 g
Pumpkin 200 g
Mushrooms (oyster mushroom) 200 g
Green onion 3 medium stems
Buckwheat noodles 1 package
Lean oil 100 ml
Salt taste
Teriyaki sauce

Cooking method

  • Cut the pumpkin into medium cubes, mushrooms not finely, green onions as for salad. Pour oil into the wok, let it warm up well over high heat (!), Fry until golden brown.

But maybe I don't know how to cook pumpkin. Once I tried to make porridge with pumpkin many years ago. Didn't like the taste of boiled pumpkin. I don't experiment anymore.
