Buckwheat sausage

Ingredients

buckwheat 250 g
potatoes 500 g
bulb onions 2 pcs
fat 200 g
minced meat 200 g
garlic 3 teeth
eggs 2 pcs
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
spices (fenugreek) 1 tsp
vegetable oil 2-3 stack

Cooking method

  • Boil buckwheat, grate potatoes on a fine grater. Finely chop the onion and sauté. Twist the meat and lard using a fine wire rack. When everything is cool, mix with minced meat, add spices and garlic. Beat eggs with salt and sugar, add to the minced meat. Mix everything again. Fill the intestinal membrane with minced meat not tightly, since they increase in volume during cooking, Pierce the sausages in several places. Simmer in salted water over low heat for 20 minutes. Then you can fry or bake.
  • This dish is definitely not for meat eaters, as the meat is not felt at all. But for a healthy diet, that's it.

The dish is designed for

8 sausages

Time for preparing:

1 hour
