Svetochka, on the forum there is such milk and not only. Girls do soy cows. And I showed rice last year.

Well, I am forgiven for a newcomer, I see something new and I am glad (there is still a lot to learn to look for, I bought this cow with a fool, yes abruptly just like in that cartoon ... "but we haven't seen milk yet",

I’m not a reproach. I'm just stating faHt that I didn't discover America). To be honest, I myself do not know anything here. I just write and look through new recipes. And I don't go anywhere. I know that the forum has a lot of useful information ... but here I am. Rarely, where you will meet me.

ang-kay, bye, I in no way take this as a reproach, (in my ignorance. Even with gratitude I read the advice (which perhaps many already know,

And if, when preparing oat milk, we stop at the operation "punch with a blender"? And then reduce the amount of flour? What do you think? Well, as an option ...
ang-kay
Elena, theoretically you can. But I didn't, so I don't know.

Thank you, Angela oat milk is a discovery for me.

I've already made the milk. Tomorrow I'll try to bake pancakes from it.
True, I missed the point "wash the flakes" out of forgetfulness, so I ended up with liquid jelly rather than milk. But I think that the pancakes should still work.
Thanks for the recipe

BlackHairedGirl, Wiki, thanks for stopping by. I would be glad if it comes in handy)
Wiki, I will wait with the result and impressions.

Now I just baked pancakes. I did it without filling, just thin pancakes, since today is potatoes with mushrooms for dinner.
Since I got not milk, but jelly, I diluted it with a little warm water, bringing the volume of milk to 1 liter. Added flour, salt, sugar, yeast, butter according to the recipe. I added vanillin on my own, because strawberry jam is provided for the pancakes. They baked very well, I greased the pan with oil quite a bit. They wouldn't stick out without it, I just wanted them to be a little oily, like real ones.
I folded it in envelopes, right after baking. I tried a small piece (I'm on a diet, I don't eat pastries) - delicious. sweetish, aromatic.
The eater hasn't come home from work yet, but I'm sure he'll like it very much. It seems to me that he will not even understand that these are some special pancakes.
Thanks again for the recipe!
Yes, I got 16 pancakes. Baked in a pancake pan Neva with a diameter of 22 cm.

Angela, thank you very much for the recipe. The pancakes are really wonderful how good they are. Pink, delicate with crispy edges. Three pancakes turned out without filling. The rest with potatoes and mushrooms. I would add some mushrooms. My husband tried pancakes without filling, I can't do it with butter. My husband said it was very tasty. In general, great! Thank you so much!

Natalia, very cool, which is great)
