Buckwheat creme brulee

Ingredients

buckwheat 40 grams
cream 33-35% 250 grams
milk 100g
sugar 60 grams
yolks 3 pieces
vanilla taste
salt pinch
brown sugar 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Buckwheat creme bruleeWe wash the buckwheat, sort it out.
    Buckwheat creme bruleeWe cook porridge in a ratio of 1 * 2.25. We need a well-boiled cereal.
    Buckwheat creme bruleeBring milk with cream, salt and half of the sugar to a boil, stir so that it does not burn.
    Buckwheat creme bruleePour into the porridge.
    Buckwheat creme bruleeWe punch well with a blender.
    Buckwheat creme bruleeWe filter through a sieve.
    Buckwheat creme bruleeMix the yolks with the remaining sugar and vanilla. Pour the milk-buckwheat mixture into them. At the same time, we constantly stir.
    Buckwheat creme bruleeWe pour into molds.
    Buckwheat creme bruleeSet the molds in a mold and fill them with boiling water so that the molds are about half in the water. When pouring boiling water, be careful not to burn yourself and so that the water does not get into the molds.
    Buckwheat creme bruleeWe put the form in preheated to 165-170 degrees for 30-40 minutes. We take it out, let it cool. We cover with foil and send to the refrigerator for 4-8 hours.
    Buckwheat creme bruleeWe take out our dessert. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Buckwheat creme bruleeUsing a burner, melt the sugar into caramel. The last two points can be easily skipped.
    Decorate with fruit or sprinkle with icing sugar. You can enjoy)
