Salmon fish sticks

Ingredients

salmon fillet 100 g
leek (white part) 15 g
salt
breadcrumbs handful
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

Rinse the salmon fillet, dry and chop in a meat grinder with onions (I chop it 2 times so that there are no accidental small bones, as I do for a child). Add salt and pepper. Grease the pan with oil. You can take minced meat with a spoon (I weighed 25 grams each), shape fish sticks with your hands, lightly bread and fry under a lid over low heat on both sides until tender. We have fine pasta as a side dish.

Alice, this is a mockery of the red fish. If only to use "waste" from soup or fillet cutting.
