Ingredients

any puff pastry 400 g
any medium apples 4 things
peanuts imitated, peeled handful
frozen berries such as black currants handful
powdered sugar 1-2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • This is a very simple and inexpensive recipe. Puff pastry with apples and something in the freezer and kitchen cabinet, sprinkled with powdered sugar.

  • If you can serve it straight from the oven, it's a bomb! A particularly hot piece of pie is friends with a scoop of ice cream))))
  • So: this time I had a yeast puff pastry. Defrost the dough, cut it into 2 parts, roll it out into 40x40 layers very approximately.
  • Filling: cut the apples into cubes (I'm right with the peel), put a handful of nuts, raisins, a handful of berries straight from the freezer into the bowl with the apples.
  • Put the filling in the middle of the layer, cut the edges into strips and braid a simple braid.
  • Put on a baking sheet and in the oven 180 degrees until tender for 15-20 minutes.

Like many here, I am not a supporter of margarine, but maybe this is a way out for those who are fasting?
