Ingredients

Milk 80 ml.

Flour 2 tbsp. l.

Milk 3.2% 80 ml.
Cream 10% 80 ml.
Egg 1 PC.
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Vanilla taste
Powdered milk 2. Art. l.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Butter 50 grams.
For filling:
Chocolate (I have a mix of white and black) 100 grams each.
For lubrication:
Egg 1 PC.
Water 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I brought you a recipe for wonderful, airy, fragrant buns !!!
  • I've baked twice already, we really liked these rolls!
  • For the first time I did it according to the author's recipe, it turned out large rolls, but not enough.
  • The second time I made a little smaller, it turned out more buns, it did not affect the taste in any way, both options are good.
  • The author has kneaded the dough by hand, I'm a lazy girl, I changed it to my favorite Bread Maker :)))!
  • Let's start ...
  • First, let's make a custard base:
  • Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil. Then add milk and bring to a boil again.

  • Put flour into a plate and pour in a thin stream of boiling liquid, using a whisk well. Mix well.

  • Mix flour with milk powder, baking powder and sift on top.
  • In a separate bowl, heat milk and cream (I heat everything together in microwave oven, except for yeast and eggs, I add them to the warm mass), add sugar, butter, egg, crumble the yeast. Mix everything well and pour over the flour.

  • Set the "Dough" mode, in my Panasonic it is 2 hours 20 minutes.

  • Then, before use, it must be ground in a blender.

  • Roll the dough ball into an oval cake, I got a size of 12x21 cm.

  • We bake in an oven preheated to 170-180 * until golden brown.
