Slow cooked oat milk porridge

Ingredients

Premium oat groats 1 glass
Selected milk 3 glasses
Water 2 glasses
Sugar taste

Cooking method

  • Rinse the oatmeal, cover with clean water and leave for 4-12 hours (I soaked it for 4 hours).
  • Then rinse the cereals again, let the water drain, and put the cereals in a slow cooker bowl, adding milk and water. Stir, cover with a lid
  • and cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours until the grain is completely soft, the aroma of baked milk appears and the porridge has a delicate creamy color.
  • Add sugar to the finished porridge.

Note

Very pleasant consistency, the taste is richer due to the fact that the milk has stopped.
PS I would like to remind you once again that you should not put food in the bowl earlier than 2 hours BEFORE turning on the device and leave the food in the bowl for more than 2 hours AFTER the device is turned off
