After draining the kvass itself, a sediment remains - a leaven for the next kvass, which I put into a cake instead of soda. My sediment is very active, I open the bottle in which it is stored for 20 minutes so that it does not explode)))
  • I do the batch in a planetary mixer:
  • 1.400 grams of wheat flour + 100 grams of rye flour + Salt + 50 grams of vegetable oil - mix
  • 2. Add kvass sediment to flour - mix
  • 3. Stir in water - knead a soft dough
  • 4. Add another 10 grams of sunflower oil in small portions - knead thoroughly for 15-20 minutes.
  • 5. Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes, cover and leave at room temperature.
  • 6. Added another 40 grams of wheat flour. Here, judge by your lump, the dough should be obedient and soft.
  • 7. She rolled the dough into a rectangle and smeared the entire surface with vegetable oil - she missed a little with her palm.
