Ingredients

wheat flour, premium 2st. (320gr)
eggs 1C 2 pcs.
Margarine or plum. oil 180-200gr
water 5st. l.
vinegar 9% 1 st. l.
Grease for one pizza
mayonnaise 1 st. l.
tomato paste 1h l.
Filling for one pizza
sausages 2 pcs.
boiled-smoked brisket 100gr.
bulb onions 2 pcs.
hard cheese 150gr.
Pouring for one pizza
mayonnaise 3-4h l.
tomato paste 1h l.
egg 2C 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Attention: in the ingredients, the dough is indicated for 2 pizzas, and the filling is for one pizza, with a diameter of 30cm.
  • In my mother's original recipe, back in Soviet stagnant times, all the components of the dough are chopped with a knife on a board. But we are modern people, so I sent everything to the grinder.

  • Butter or margarine straight from the freezer, three on a grater, or thinly cut with a knife.
  • I have a small chopper, so at one time, I make half a portion of dough, just for one pizza in Prinсess. She mixed the dough in a chopper with knives.

  • We put it on a film, roll it up into a bun and put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  • Put it in a plate or bowl lined with a paper towel so that excess oil is absorbed, there is a lot of it in the recipe. We set aside to cool.
  • Cut the sausages into slices, and the brisket into thin strips.
  • Three cheese on a coarse grater.
  • After half an hour or more, we take out the frozen, rather hard dough from the refrigerator and roll it out on flour, directly on a Teflon sheet or, if not, on baking paper. We pierce the cake with a fork over the entire surface.

Sprinkle with cheese on top. I read here that pizza will be tastier if you use at least two types of cheese, or if you have, then three varieties.

  • We fill: in a small bowl we measure mayonnaise, tomato paste, I have a Tomato, and break a small egg, mix everything. I did it with a small whisk - a frother.

  • Close and enable Princess. My pizza was baked from cold for 20 minutes. Be guided by the appearance, the pizza should brown a little.

Of course, if you show this recipe to Italians, they, at best, will beat me to death for what we call pizza. But since mom said it was pizza, then it’s pizza! Therefore, I took the word pizza in the title, in quotes.This is our Soviet pizza! The recipe was given to my mother by her friend, who is now unfortunately deceased, back in the “stagnant” Soviet times, when the word pizza was just entering our lexicon.
When mom asks what to cook for our arrival, we always say: - PIZZA! Yes, it is wildly high in calories, and never dietary, but so tasty ... I do not exclude that it is delicious - this is because my mother makes it, from my mother's hands - everything is delicious!
