Pizza in a multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH18

Ingredients

Wheat flour 300 g
Rast. oil
Sausages
Pickles
Olives
Tomatoes
Cheese

Cooking method

  • So, the bread maker kneaded the dough from 300 g of flour. Subsequently, this dough made 3 pizzas the size of a multi-pot. Rolled the gingerbread man in a circle and put it in a MV pan greased with vegetable oil. While the dough was rising on the "Podogrev", I cut sausages, pickled cucumbers, olives and tomatoes, grated cheese. I put the filling on the dough, as usual, sprinkled it with cheese on top (I like to have a lot of cheese). I switched to Baking for 40 minutes. Immediately after the end of baking, the pizza flew out of the saucepan easily.

Note

I got the idea to bake pizza in a slow cooker. I looked at the good-cook - the idea is not new, everything has already been invented and executed. Olga's photo from the good cook was impressive.

I liked it very much and the people at home are happy. She took the last piece of dough to the dacha and baked it there (the oven broke down in the dacha, and the slow cooker is very helpful). Suddenly it will be a good discovery for someone, as well as for me.

Oh, what a beautiful pizza! Looks tasty! Can I have a recipe ??? Tell me, is the pizza itself soft? not a crouton? I tried to cook according to different recipes in the oven ... almost always a hard and dry crust comes out .. And I really want a soft, delicious pizzeria!

Pizza recipe.
Knead the dough into HP:
water - 150 ml
sl. oil - 15 gr
salt - 1 tsp.
sugar - 0.5 tbsp. l.
psh. flour - 300 gr
yeast - 0.5 tsp

Divide the finished dough into three parts. Roll one part into a circle and put it in a multicooker saucepan, greased with rast. oil. The two pieces can be stored in the refrigerator in a bag.

While the dough is proving in "Warm" mode, prepare the filling you like. The pizza filling in the photo from the first post - 2 dairy sausages, 1/3 cans of olives, 2 Mar. cucumber, 1 tomato, some ketchup and 200g grated cheese.

We spread the filling on the dough, sprinkle with cheese and put on the "Baking" mode for 40 minutes. The pizza will turn out to be very tasty, soft, with a thin golden crust below. Certainly no worse than in the oven. Try it.
VIKKA
Thanks for the recipe !!! :) I will definitely try! Your pizza looks delicious!

The pizza turned out - you will lick your fingers!
Even my husband ate with pleasure and praised! He doesn't eat pizza, so I made one for myself, but I had to share. Here's a pizza!

Super! And I somehow thought that the cheese on top would not bake as needed. Oh, how many pizzas you could eat on vacation! How much time wasted!

The multicooker never stops opening from new sides. Now, in such heat and stuffiness, turning on the oven is madness, but without pies, muffins, casseroles and, now, pizzas are not left ...

Addition: 1) replace the plums in the recipe. oil on olive (2 tablespoons) - as a result we get a more authentic pizza,
2) after sprinkle cheese with dry oregano - immediately the aroma of pizza comes, such as in Italy ...
3) well, my favorite white pizza - grease the dough with sour cream (fat cream in the original), and spread 3-4 kinds of your favorite cheese, plus oregano herb.
VIKKA
And how long should the dough stand in the Multicooker for proving? I just prepare the filling in advance .. And roll the dough very thinly?

I have been reading the Multicooker theme on Good Cook from the very beginning, and what, I could not push myself to pizza?
For my own sake, I was lazy, but thanks Link!

Self-taught baker, and thank you for your advice.

VIKKA, I practically didn't have the dough on the proofer, I wanted pizza so much that I couldn't wait. I just had time to cut the filling, it's 8-10 minutes. I didn't roll it out, but kneaded 1/3 of the recipe with my hands, greased my hands with olive oil and stretched the bottom of the multicooker over the size, even overdid it. But next time, of course, I will only cook the whole portion of the dough. 3 pizzas are better than one!

I did everything according to the recipe .. In the bread machine I put the dough for "Pizza" in the mode, a certain amount of time passed .. I opened the bread machine, and there, instead of the usual dough, I didn't even understand what ?! ... in general, the "dough" ffse crumbled ..: it looks like some kind of cereal (I don't even know now what to do with It? .... if only to throw it away ...))

VIKKA, the recipe in the flour-water ratio is correct. It was you who measured something wrong. Add some water and mix again. Follow the kolobok.

I am now collecting tips for making pizza

I do it with pineapples, but I take seafood (set in oil), add red onions in rings, but I put the onions ON TOP of the cheese, mine do not like "wet" onions, and so it fries and crunches.
I make chicken classically - otv. / Smoked. chicken, baked peppers in the oven (I make a lot of it at once, and keep for 3-5 days in a jar with olive oil) and olives.

The Italians themselves like to simply grease the olive dough. butter, sprinkle with oregano, bake, goes instead of our usual bread.

My pizza didn't work out in the cartoon, I probably messed up something, but I have a proven recipe according to which I have been baking pizza once a week for the last couple of months (in the oven, but the dough is super, the most delicious pizza of all recipes that I ever had or baked and tried). The dough from this site is universal potato.
Milk, whey, buttermilk, water (what is) - 300ml
Dry yeast 2h. l.
Sugar 1st. l.
Salt 1.5 tsp l.
Flour 400gr
Dry mashed potatoes 5 tbsp. l.
Rust oil 2st. l.
From this dough (kneading in a bread maker, after 1.5 hours the dough is ready, if I am in a hurry, I take it out earlier, after the first deboning), 2 large pizzas are obtained (on a 33cm diameter mold). With my hands dipped in oil, I "butter" the mold and stretch the dough (I first divide it into 2 parts) according to the shape (I never roll out a pizza with a rolling pin, only with my hands, the dough is very elastic and soft, easy to use), I make small sides. I turn on the oven at 220 degrees and start cutting the filling, the dough rises at this time (already in the form). For the filling, I definitely take mozzarella, 250-300 grams, 200-250 hams, as many olives as you like (I cut in half), sometimes pineapples from a can (I cut them into cubes). If I'm not lazy, I make the sauce myself (if you're interested, I'll write a recipe, it's just made in a blender from fresh tomatoes and bell peppers). I cut the mozzarella and ham into thin slices (I cut the cheese, it turns out tastier).
The styling is always like this - first the sauce (in extreme cases, ketchup), then mozzarella, then ham, olives, herbs (whoever loves, but my son does not give me). And in a hot oven for 10-12 minutes, I orient myself on the sides - as soon as they are browned, the pizza is ready. The dough in this pizza is wonderful - soft inside, fluffy, at the same time thin crust (not dry!) And a lot of filling. I highly recommend it, this is the best I've tried so far. My children, including the younger one, 1.5 years old, love this pizza, and even my husband, who is indifferent to pizza, eats several pieces. I always make a full portion, that is, 2 pizzas, otherwise it scatters immediately and I have nothing left for coffee in the morning.

universal potato.
And with this dough I make "Calzone", something like a closed pizza.
I divide the dough into 4 parts, knead each part with my hands (diam. Approx. 18 cm), into one half - ANY FAVORITE filling, cover with the second half, something like a large pie, pinch the edges, prick on top and into the oven. In the filling, be sure to CHEESE and oregano (well, mine love this herb).
I do this - when they want to eat pizza in nature, it is convenient and good.

Sorry, a little off topic, but a child at 1.5 years old can eat this? Okay tomatoes, peppers, ham, but mashed potatoes (if I understood correctly, this is quick cooking?!?!?) !!! my child is 1.3, but I'm afraid to give him this

And you probably have your first child?

I bake 200 gr. Celsius, in duration, well, 5-10 minutes longer than pizza, the filling is already ready (I don't use raw meat in such things).

I want to bring my own 5 kopecks I did it yesterday, I wanted to take a picture .... I never had time (I made 3 pieces in a row), I ate it at the moment, it turns out wonderful pizza. I only added that I very carefully smeared the top edges of the pizza with tomato sauce so that it did not look white. I liked the result, melted-stretch cheese and tanned edges

Z. Y. I have never come out with such a pizza in the oven, always a little dried, but here it is very soft, although thin

Bon Appetit everyone! I'm glad I opened the topic for a reason. Now we live in a dacha - the pizza dough in the refrigerator is not translated, households regularly order pizza, and it is not a shame to serve the guests deliciously and on the table. As already mentioned here, the main properties of pizza in a multicooker are:
- no need to turn on the oven - so hot!
- pizza is never too dry.

And I tried this pizza dough. I did it on the Pizza program, that is, 45 minutes. Then she baked in a pizza oven. It really turned out to be a delicious pizza! The dough is lush, but baked very well, and the bottom turned out to be crispy. I did half of the portion, for a test, I thought suddenly I would not like it, and the family said that they should have done more. I had to promise that I would do it again in the evening.
So thanks a lot for the recipe!

Made a pizza according to the first recipe given. It turned out, mmm, lick your fingers. My husband said in C :-(. I, offended in the best feelings, ordered pizza from an Italian restaurant right there ... mine is tastier !!!!! Thanks for the recipe !!! Tashunya of course - multi pizza tastes better
I pry on one side with a silicone spatula and the pizza just pops out.

I baked a pizza in a slow cooker. In fact, I planned only in the oven, and then threw some into the MV.
Recipe (both on the shelf and on the MV):

Dough
egg - 3 pcs.
milk - 1 glass
melted butter - 200 gr
dilute with flour to the consistency of sour cream

Layers
Onion
A tomato
Ham / sausage
Cheese

Baking 65+ ... I only baked for 20 minutes, but not enough. You need 65 + 40 or 65 + 65.

Today I baked pizza, everything turned out great, the photo report is attached.

The recipe for the dough was taken from the instructions for the SD-255 stove (the recipe is called "Pizza" in the book), but it was calculated for a smaller amount of flour. The book contained 300g of flour, and I made from 200g of flour.

Ingredients for the dough:
Pressed yeast 4g
Flour / s 200g
Salt 2/3 tsp
Sugar slightly less than 1/2 tbsp. l.
Butter 10g
Water 133ml

The rest of the ingredients in the first photo
Pizza in a multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH18
These are: cheese, sausage, homemade pickles, homemade lecho and dill.
I assumed that this would be enough for me for two pizzas, but it took a little more lecho than in the photo.

The dough was prepared in a Panasonic sd-255 bread maker using the "Pizza" program. After 45 minutes of the program, I did not immediately take the dough out of the bucket, but left it there for another 20 minutes. During these 20 minutes, I actually found out, "What do I have for pizza?" and slowly cut the food.

In the second photo, the dough has already been taken out of the bread machine and is ready to be cooked. The dough was divided into two parts, i.e. baked two pizzas, one after the other. This is what the dough looked like. Sticky. The board is oiled so the dough does not stick.
Pizza in a multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH18

In the next photo, I have already put everything in an oiled multicooker pan, you can turn it on. He baked in a multicooker on the "Pastry" program for 40 minutes.

Well, on the last photo, ready-made pizza. It turned out very well.

I took a dose of dough like on a loaf of bread. the height turned out to be 6 cm.
Nevertheless, the guests ground it in 10 minutes.

Peace be with you bakers!
today and I got to pizza in a multicooker before that I did it in the oven
in two steps, first turned on the oven and when the bottom was slightly browned, switched to the grill and baked, otherwise the bottom was very fried
it turned out just super, and besides, instead of water, I used a drain from a can of olives and a can of olives + added a couple of spoons of Provencal herbs to the dough
in our family pizza is not particularly held in high esteem we do this from time to time
and then they swooped down and swallowed - in my opinion, not chewing

Good day everyone! I read these 4 pages with pleasure.
I would like to suggest my own way of cooking. I began to make pizza in a slow cooker quite often. Relatives really like its taste, and I also like the ease of preparation, since this is the real
PIZZA FOR RIBBONS (at Brand 35700).
I don’t cook a special dough for her (although I know enough recipes). And I make pizza in the days when I bake wheat bread in cotton. I make a batch for 500 g of flour. The recipe can be used with almost any of your favorites, only, it is desirable that the bread was unadulterated and unsweetened. I make with milk, kefir, yogurt, etc.
After kneading and the first proofing, I separate a piece of dough about the size of a fist. From most of the cotton will bake bread.
I put the separated piece of dough into a saucepan for proofing, cover it with a towel and put it in a warm place. During this time, I make the filling. Everyone can make it to their liking.
I put the matched dough in a MV saucepan, with the bottom well-oiled with margarine. I stretch the dough with my hands along the bottom, make the sides. Be sure to grease the top of the cake with rast. butter to eliminate the baked dough bite.
Next - sauce (ketchup or mayonnaise) and filling. I sprinkle everything abundantly with grated cheese.
I insert the saucepan into the MV.
If you like thin dough, then immediately turn on the "BAKING" mode for 60 minutes.
If you need a fluffier dough, turn on the "HEATED" for 5 minutes, wait another 5 minutes, and then cook on the "BAKED" for 60 minutes.
P.S. If it is not possible to make pizza right away, and the piece of dough has already been taken out, then put it in a bag and send it to the refrigerator before use. The dough will grow there.
In any case, the pizza turns out to be very tasty, with a juicy filling. It turns out to be drier in the oven.

Pizza recipe.
Knead the dough into HP:
water - 150 ml
sl. oil - 15 gr
salt - 1 tsp.
sugar - 0.5 tbsp. l.
psh. flour - 300 gr
yeast - 0.5 tsp

This recipe was used to make pizza dough. 1/3 went to the pizza itself, and from the rest I decided to bake simple cakes, and we got 2 big amazing pits! An unexpected and pleasant result!
Lydia
And I liked "A la pizza" Multivarik "from the Povaryonok website.

Ingredients
• Flour - 200 g
• Kefir - 250 ml
• Salt - 0.5 tsp.
• Soda - 0.25 tsp.
•Mayonnaise
•Ketchup
• Sausage (with filling + pickles, olives and other ingredients to taste)
•Hard cheese
• Butter (or vegetable oil to lubricate the bottom of the pan)
• Spices (to taste)

1. Knead the dough: sift flour into kefir, add salt, soda, mix. The dough should look like pancakes.
2. Oil the bottom of the pan.
3. Spread the dough on the bottom and level.
4. Grease the dough with mayonnaise, ketchup, put out the filling in any quantity, assortment and order I had: sausage, pickles.
5. Sprinkle these things on top with grated cheese and spices.
6. Baking mode for 40 minutes.

The only thing I did not do was use mayonnaise (in my opinion, it is superfluous in pizza). Instead of ketchup, which was not there, I used tomato + vegetable oil + a little salt + seasoning.

For me, the recipe is attractive because there is no need to plan ahead for the preparation of pizza. As soon as I "tork", shouldn't I bake a pizza, I prepare the filling (that is, I cut everything that I want to use as a filling, rub the cheese, and then very quickly make the dough. And after 40 minutes I take out the pizza from the multicooker ...

Maybe someone else will like this recipe.
