Ingredients

Cream from 30% fat 125 ml.
Yoghurt without additives 125 gr.
White chocolate 125 gr.
Gelatin (optional) 2 tsp
Water (for gelatin) 50 ml.
Apricots 4 things. large or 8 pcs. halves

Cooking method

  • Egg trick
  • 1 Whip the cream.
  • 2 Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  • 3 mix yogurt and chocolate.
  • If you use gelatin, you need it
  • prepare according to the instructions on the package,
  • and then mix with yogurt and chocolate.
  • 4 Mix yogurt and chocolate with cream.
  • 5 Prepare apricots. If available, you can use fresh ones.
  • 6 Divide into shapes and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
  • From this amount of products, 16-18 halves of eggs are obtained.

Note

Instead, you can use any cream that matches the color of the natural protein. The cream should be thick.
If you want a denser "protein" add gelatin.
