Biscuits and Madelens with high bran content

Ingredients

Boiled pumpkin 200 g
Butter 100 g
Sugar 100 g
The finest bran 1 tbsp. (130 g)
Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 0.5 tsp
Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Egg 1 PC. for madelens
Almonds for decoration

Cooking method

  • Peel the pumpkin, cut into cubes and boil (even better bake). Cool down.

Svetochka! The structure of the cookies themselves is not greatly affected by a single egg. But the dough was affected.
From the dough with the addition of eggs, such balls did not work out for me, they baked with flat cakes. And such a dough is just good, it is easy to put it in the cells for madelens, it spreads a little and covers the whole form. Whereas the dense will have to be tamped with your finger.
