Ingredients

Kefir 200 ml
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. spoons
Cheese (any to your taste) 100 g
Semi-smoked sausage 100g
Semolina 2 tbsp. spoons
Flour / s 200 g
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Baking powder 1.5-2 tsp
Parmesan (for sprinkling) taste

Cooking method

  • A flat cake with a rich cheese and sausage taste and aroma. Fast, simple and the most common products ... (well, except for the parmesan;) I did without it). The dough is kneaded very easily and quickly, at first just with a spoon, then with your hands, no additional tools are needed!
  • We mix kefir, vegetable oil, salt, semolina. We leave for 10 minutes. At this time, finely chop the sausage and three cheese. Pour into kefir mass. Add flour with baking powder. Knead the dough quickly. Flatten with butter hands into a cake on a Teflon rug, sprinkle with Parmesan (you can do without it) and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees or in a pizza maker.
  • My lazy version was baked in a GFGril GFB-1500 pizza maker at 195 degrees for 20 minutes from a cold oven + 10 minutes off.

In the original, the author suggests cutting the pie for serving in strips, but I have a lazy option, and in my opinion it looks no worse in segments, but disappears very quickly! From the author of the recipe for soda, I took baking powder. The amount of sausage and cheese can be adjusted to taste.
And you can not only cheese and sausage, as additives, dried fruits are perfect, in combination with cheese! You will get an even more interesting taste!

Since I wanted the cake to stretch over the entire area of ​​the GF, then the portion test slightly increased: made based on a glass (250 ml) of kefir, vegetable oil -5 tbsp. spoons, semolina -3 tbsp. spoons, salt -1/3 tsp, added 1 tsp. a spoonful of sugar. Well, the flour, respectively, took -250 g, baking powder -2 tsp + soda -1/4 tsp ... Before molding, I moistened my hands in oil and greased a bun of dough in my hands, put it on a teflon mat sprinkled with corn flour. The dough turned out to be soft and tender, flattened it into a cake, but did not turn it over any more, with an oily hand she collected the remnants of corn flour from the rug and splashed on the top.Next time I'll sprinkle more on the edges - I really liked it !! Or you can roll a butter ball of dough on all sides in corn flour, and then stretch it into a cake ... Well, then everything is as prompted Tumanchik!
The cake was pierced all over the surface (slightly stepping back from the edge) so that there was no excessive rise when baking. The temperature is 195 grams, but I always have Teflon mesh under the rug! I transferred the rug with the cake to the preheated oven, after 5-6 minutes I scattered the filling - a little grated cheese with raw smoked sausage - for another 4-5 minutes, half-grated tomatoes in the middle, and with their juice with a silicone brush along the edges. Another 5 minutes. I threw in the mozzarella and basil. She turned off the stove. After 2-3 minutes - take out and cut.
Worried a little about the bottom, and in vain - everything turned out perfectly - the bottom was evenly fried, the crust is thin, with a small "crunch".

Turned off after 15 minutes, fluffy, weightless, the edges crunch from the palette.
Oh, it seems to me that no matter what this dough is made with, everything will be great.

True, I remembered that I had not anointed with an egg after 10 minutes. I had to open the stove and quickly and quickly grease !! Therefore, I will only check the exact time next time .. And yet ... I almost forgot, I added a "secret" ingredient to the dough - half a teaspoon of turmeric!
