thick sour cream from 25% fat 350 ml.
wheat flour 200 gr.
sugar 150 gr.
salt pinch
soda 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • In principle, cooking is nothing new: beat eggs with sugar, add sour cream, flour, salt and soda, stir until smooth.
  • Pour a small amount of dough onto a hot waffle iron and bake until tender. We roll up in tubes or horns, serve with or without cream. I have it with whipped cream.
