Gooseberry corn pie (multicooker Redmond RMC-02)

Ingredients

melted butter 2 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. l.
corn flour 1/2 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
egg 2 pcs
sugar 1/2 cup
lemon peel 1 tsp
vanilla sugar 1 sachet
corn oil 1/4 cup
yogurt or kefir 6 tbsp. l.
honey 2 tbsp. l.
gooseberries (frozen) 2 handfuls

Cooking method

  • Mix both flours, baking powder, salt. Beat eggs with sugar, zest and vanilla, add butter (both types), mix well. Gradually add dry flour mixture, then kefir, honey and mix.
  • Pour the dough into a bowl, lay out the berries and press lightly. Baked for 1 hour.
  • Originally baked with grapes in the oven: pour the dough into a mold, put half of the grapes on the dough and press lightly. Bake until the edges of the pie are browned (15-17 minutes), sprinkle with the remaining grapes and bake for another 20-25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack, serve warm or at room temperature.
