Larissa, well, finally, I got to this jam. And I suffered ............. with strawberries, raspberries, black currants, white currants, black currants and raspberries. I am still thinking of trying with red currant
Thanks, the recipe is cool
I subscribe literally under every word
Thank you so much, Larisa
dopleta
Oh, girls, what a joy I am! Thank you - you cheered me up!

Friends , and someone made ice jam from feijoa)?
dopleta
Innochka, I didn’t cook, but I’m 100% sure that it should turn out in the most excellent way. After all, even fresh fruits, simply rubbed with sugar, are perfectly stored and unusually tasty, so why will they be worse from the freezer?
Anna1957
I froze the feijoa passed through a meat grinder in portions in silicone honeycomb without sugar - in which we freeze the meatballs. I suppose to eat with cottage cheese. When defrosting, I didn't even need to sweeten with stevioside. But for the cottage cheese, of course.

Thank you dear !!!

I think to the Duma, either put sugar in full and get a very sweet, but easily pickable jam, or donate the consistency and get a much less sweet ice lump, which will need to be defrosted before use.

Here's how to choose?

Anyut, that is, you froze fresh chopped feijoa fruits)?

Delicious ?

I did not freeze without sugar at all. Sort of). Or maybe I forgot)?
Anna1957
Crochet, the taste is no different from the taste of the original product. That's why I froze it in portioned molds so as not to pick off the lumps.

Found it by chance in a jar in the freezer, signed. A hybrid of black currant with gooseberries.
The jar is alive, easily squeezed. Opened .......... try shaft ................ barely stopped
dopleta
The jar ... alive? With a pleasant find you!
Cirre
I make an ice cream cake, so a jar of raspberries came in handy
dopleta
Great! And I have already eaten everything. No matter how much I do, everything is small.

The most delicious and simple recipe! I have been doing it since the publication, but I have not unsubscribed. Larissa, thank you !!! The proportions are so good that I make them even in winter from pitted frozen cherries, the taste does not suffer from re-freezing. But strawberry is beyond competition.
Yarik
I have already ordered containers for this year))) I need raspberries, double size, strawberries, cranberries and lingonberries (unless of course we collect it ourselves), I did not go in the past, and I did not see it on sale. We just finished eating cranberries and raspberries a week ago. For me, this is generally a godsend, since we practically do not eat jam. Larisa, thanks again!

Yeah! I join in all the thanks! And I made strawberries, raspberries, apricots, black currants, cherries and plums! Everything is gorgeous !!! Not a single jar is left! My grannies - my mother with her sister - ask and ask! The only thing I have a question for Larisa is how to make pitted raspberries? In our Endika? Is it possible at all? I just can't figure it out ...
Rada-dms
And I came to thank! Direct salvation! She killed all the leftovers with sugar, made room for a new harvest.
A chic way to store! And how versatile it can be used!
Yarik
Olga, drive through a sieve.I left raspberries with seeds last year, I think I will do so now, although they interfere, but I can't imagine raspberry jam without them, there is a raisin in them, but I rubbed the cranberries.
dopleta
anavi, Olya, even though I myself treat raspberries the same way as Yaroslavna, but if her bones bother you, then - yes, a sieve. And thank you again, girls, for appreciating this fragrant, fresh delicacy!
anavi
That is, first put the raspberries into a sieve and turn on the blender? And then take it out, add sugar and turn it on again? And surely all the bones will remain in the filter? Something I did strawberries in the summer in a liqueur cous-ku, I did not succeed!
dopleta
No, no, I suppose - then pass the puree chopped in a blender through a regular sieve. With our endica sieve, such a number will not work here, because we grind mashed potatoes without liquid, and even when the sieve is installed, the pulp will not be filtered from the seeds.
anavi
Ahhh, now it's clear! And I thought - our Endik is omnipotent!
dopleta
Now, if you cooked compote with raspberries, then the seeds would remain in the filter.
Cirre
I can shake it in. I immediately rubbed the raspberries in the cache and froze them. It turned out great.
Yarik
Larissa, once again, thanks! The strawberries have already been harvested, the raspberries are frozen.

Ice jam in a blender
smslisa
Larisa, thank you very much for the recipe. It was delicious both frozen and melted into tea. And the compote is just a song, like from freshly picked summer berries. Still, there is no such aroma from frozen berries. And it doesn't take up much space in the freezer. Some pluses.
Yarik
And I recently got hooked on milkshakes with this jam, though without ice cream, it’s tasty for me without it, a spoonful of jam in a glass of milk, it doesn’t taste cloying, but the aroma of fresh berries, mmm))) especially with strawberry, but this is a classic.

dopleta, Larissa,

And lately I've been addicted to milkshakes with this jam
And if you add a little alcohol there (coffee liqueur, whiskey, that is, but just a little), then it turns out the very thing to end the day / week!
Yarik
smslisa, Oksana, oh how! We haven't done that yet))) thanks for the advice!
dopleta
Thank you, Oksana, for both the pleasant feedback and the tempting advice! Yarik, and you!
Cirre
Yarik, Yaroslavna, I also add mint.
Yarik
Cirre, Galina, I must also try, I have mint syrup))) thanks!
