Ingredients

Large raw potatoes are not necessarily young 4 things.
Vegetable oil for baking 4 tbsp. l.
Foil
Garlic 1 clove
Dried greens 1 tsp
For the sauce:
Mayonnaise 200 gr.
Any grated cheese 100 g
Garlic taste
Fresh dill
Butter

Cooking method

  • Prepare the sauce in advance. He must definitely brew for at least 2 hours.
  • Mix together mayonnaise, grated cheese, chopped garlic and herbs.
  • Cooking potatoes. I baked it in the GFB-1500 PIZZA-GRILL Multi-Oven.
  • Potatoes (I still have last year's) wash well with a brush. Place on a piece of foil. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with chopped garlic and dried herbs.

  • Twist the foil very tightly.
  • Put on a silicone mold in a pizza maker preheated to 180 degrees. If the lid doesn't close completely, it doesn't matter. It is baked in time depending on the size of the tubers. I baked for 50 minutes. We focus on softness through the foil.
  • Serve hot, making a cross-shaped cut on top with a knife and placing a piece of butter in the middle.

  • Serve cold cheese sauce and vegetable salad with potatoes.
