Julia, now Rita reminded me that many times I wanted to say thank you for the recipe, which is ideally suited to cooking in a slow cooker. I cook this dish very often, even in winter, the result is always excellent and this despite the fact that I cook in my very first VES multicooker, which probably almost everyone has already thrown away, but only in it I perfectly get basma and pilaf.
