Ingredients

Telapia fillet
(you can take fillet of sole)
4 things.
Large bulbs 4 things.
Light mayonnaise 0.5 pack
Salt, pepper, fish spices
Olive oil

Cooking method

  • Thick-walled skillet with high sides and lid
  • Put onion, cut into thick rings in an even layer, in a frying pan greased with olive oil, put the fish fillet on top of the onion (you can even frozen it), sprinkle the fillet with spices, salt and pepper, top with mayonnaise. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes from the moment of boiling. I keep it longer - 30-35 minutes, so that the onion turns brown.

From onions and tomatoes we make a pillow for fish - thickness - to taste. Next, we put fish fillets on this pillow - I also like telapia or pansasius. Coat the fish with a mixture of 3 cloves of garlic, a bunch of basil, 50g Parmesan cheese and a small amount of mayonnaise or olive oil. In the oven until cooked.

The most I add is cream. If the fish is good, it is tasty even without excess fat, in my opinion.
