Ingredients

Eggplant (medium) 3 pcs.
Egg 2 pcs.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sour cream 100 g
Flour 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut the eggplants into small cubes, beat in the eggs and mix thoroughly. Put the resulting mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Punch the onion, garlic, salt and sour cream with a blender until smooth. Combine the eggplant, the resulting sauce and flour. Place the resulting mixture in a multicooker bowl with a stirrer. Stew / porridge program, power level 3, 30 minutes.

Time for preparing:

1h 40 min (with exposure in the refrigerator)
